"This is one of my preferred shopping destinations for stylish children's clothing and household items. The store is well-organized, and the environment is always neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and provides exceptional customer service. Additionally, I appreciate the convenience of being able to return my Amazon purchases here, and the coupons are a nice bonus.

Spent 15 minutes waiting at three different registers just to pay for my merchandise while I watched a thief get away with a bag full of goods after triggering the theft alarm. Quality gets consistently worse and customer service is non-existent. Store is poorly organized and dressing room overflowing with garments. Overall, I'm just done doing business with Kohl's.
