Came in on a Sunday at 4:30 because their hours of operation on Google says closes at 6. Walked in and was told they close at 5 so they can’t see me. I drove 20 minutes to come here because I like the way they do my nails the best and the atmosphere is very nice. I was very disappointed. And I can’t go back the next day because they are closed on Monday. Please change your business hours to avoid confusion in the future. Thank you.

I really wanted to love this place because I love that they offer so many services and complimentary drinks. I kept going back because I loveeeee the iced sweet tea. I have gotton a fill 3 times and a pedicure 2 times and every time I go I end up not liking my nails because the shape is horrible or the design is horrible . They lack having colors if I’m being honest they need more colors. I asked for an all white toe with white French on top and they didn’t have enough shades of white to do it. She said she could do it and ended up failing and I tried to go again with a different person and she couldn’t do it either. I paid a lot for these services to not get what I wanted. On top of that my toes are still rough feeling after each pedicure they don’t use the right tools at all! They only use a little scrubber for the calluses and not the metal tool. I then heard that Peter is amazing at nails so I was going to try to go again and he doesn’t accept new clients so I’m done going here. Also the receptionist is rude every time I call and come in- short hair mixed female. Eva and nina were so rude and I tip every time I come so I’m not sure why they seem so unhappy doing nails and toes. Titi is nice but can’t do a simple white on white French or get all the dead skin off. I wanted to give them more stars but after wasting money so many times and horrible customer service I just can’t. Not to mention my nail popped off a day after my fill and now this fill has air bubbles and not straight lines for the French.Services: Nail art

My pedicure was not a good experience.I had two issues, my toenails and the service.When I told her no polish at the beginning of my service, she was surprised. At this time she already worked on one foot cleaning up the cuticle and filing. On the other foot she stepped up her game because now she couldn't hide anything with nail polish.During the service she put callus remover on my toenails, left dry skin on my both my little toes, filed all my toenails too short, in addition to mis-shaping them and one big toenail was longer than the other. I didn't ask for a cut-down, just file.I told her I didn't like it and reasons why; she didn't seem to understand what I was saying.I went to the desk to pay and told the cashier and manager that I didn't like my service because my nails were filed to short, mis-shapened and one big toenails was longer than the other.In short, the manager said the nails look the same and I was being picky, Then he asked the AA cashier to look at them since i didnt believe him. I told him this IS NOT a race issue, I know what my toenails looked like when I came in Also, there was no apology. The pedicure was $50 but I was charged $55.In my 40 plus years of age, I've been to nail salons since I was 18. Been to cosmetology school. Have done my own pedicures. In this situation, I know wrong when I see it.I'd like to support businesses and not do things myself, but this experience ....mmmmService: Pedicure

I usually don't write reviews, but I have to. I've been going here for awhile. I got the dip powder which is supposed to last for at least 2 weeks. It has been 6 days and one of my nails peeled. I was told by the manager, Kim. That there is a 3 day grace period, after that I will be charged. I think that is crazy. Especially when you paid for dip! I asked to speak to the owners and was told they do not talk to customers about complaints.I'm so disappointed in them.Services: Spa services

There is a serious cultural issue at this shop. As the customer paying for a service, my concerns should be addressed in a professional manner, not in a hostile disrespectful one. As a norm, I spend at least $200.00 in the VIP section, biweekly. After my situation yesterday, I will definitely take my money where I am respected and valued. The shop's decor is beautiful, but that does not matter until the and the level of respect matches the beauty of the shop. As long as you have no concerns about how your nails are being done, everything is great! The moment a concern is made, you are surrounded by a gang of "managers that start speaking in their native language and totally disregarding the customer's concern." BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!Service: Nail repair

This is a wonderful salon to do a party with your friends. The selection of services is very nice and price is reasonable. I had Hana do my manicure and it was perfect.

We went into the highest rated nail salon and not only was it dirty and run down looking, but they had the football game on, with volume, on multiple tv's. NOT RELAXING. so we left and went to this place. It's my birthday, even tho they were about to close they still let us in. They did kind of rush through it a bit BUT, they still did a very nice job on both of us. We tipped generously for them staying late and we're not mad they kinda hurried it cuz they were so nice and did such a nice job. My feet are very sensitive from nerve damage and disability and she didn't hurt me at all. And I walked out happy with pretty feet on my birthday. Very thankful for them staying a bit later to make my day special. I didn't catch your names but THANK U!!! Also, for LaPlata, this is the nicest, cleanest, most professional boutique like experience I've seen here. This will be our regular spot from now on

If I could give zero stars I would... The unprofessional saga of V SPA continues! So even though my last review which was a month ago ended on a bad note and I had made up my mind that I was not going to return to V Spa I figured I might give them a second chance regardless of the racist manager Kim. Now has a little bit of background I've been going to V Spa since before V Spa even existed I used to go to Jimmy and KV when they owned a nail shop across from Best Buy 9 to 10 years ago! Since they open V Spa I have been a loyal customer to them to include bringing my 18-year-old daughter, my sister, my niece, my mother my ex husband and friends and family. So needless to say I have been extremely foolishly loyal and spent thousands upon thousands of dollars a year at this establishment for many years ! Today I called regarding an appointment I was supposed to have with Peter at 1 PM which I made on September 20, 2022 even though I had a bad experience last time I made appointments all the way through December. Now no one has bothered to email me nor text me to tell me that my appointments were canceled even though they have an automated system instead they did sneaky underhanded s*** and just deleted all of my appointments without notifying me. Wow what a lack of honesty and a lack of professionalism. The sad part is I truly love KV as a person and I used to adore Jimmy and Peter but clearly it shows that they Jimmy doesnt care about loyalty and will be rude to you and dismiss you as soon as you piss them off or leave a bad review. Extremely unprofessional!!! I will definitely be spreading the word to EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID GOING TO VSPA!!

this place use to be so good. Now it's ran by racist and rude people. They watch every black and brown customer as if we're gonna run out and talk to us like we're trash. Mind you, we're their biggest customers. Quality went down and it's sad .

Decided to pamper myself with a last minute gel mani and pedi. I did like how fast they work and the quality seems great. My only issue is that they didn't take their time with scrubbing my feet and I like a good 2-3 minute on each foot. The place seems pretty clean and nice on the inside.

The establishment is very rude and refused to service my daughters. The guy at the desk thought it was hilarious to ask us to wait as he serviced others. My girls been going to this salon & the gel services they received in the past is far from cheap. It was embarrassing & extremely upsetting to be treated this way & not have one person manage his unprofessionalism better after being regular clientele. If I could rate them a zero, I would!

I went to V spa on June 16th for a 5:00pm nail appointment which I arrived at 4:50pm. I was not seen until 5:40pm by John, which made my pedicure appointment at 6:00pm not happen until 6:45pm with TiTi. After I received both services, the lady at the front desk told me that John did not feel comfortable doing my nails anymore. I was so offended. He could not tell me himself and neither could the lady or manager at the front desk tell me why he did not want to do them anymore. I was so disappointed in the customer service. I will never return there nor refer anyone to them.

I've been a customer for over a year and I've gone John who is great but the rest of the staff including management are HORRIBLE, I got my nails today for last time, this what my nails look like now.
