Would never purchase any furniture from them.Two chairs were just over a year old. We purchased the extended warranty. Both had defects and we were told that the issues were regular wear and tear and they would not fix them. Good thing we purchased the extended warranty.

Awesome customer service during my in-store visit. If the furniture I ordered is as beautiful as my experience with the sales rep and custom designer, I have no doubt I'll be happy with my total experience. I am looking forward to seeing my new furniture once it's been delivered.

Very happy with the sales staff in the purchase. No pressure at all, I tried out almost every chair in the store. Once I selected the chair I wanted I received a fantastic deal.
