Horrible experience numerous times now. Lab techs are very rude and disrespectful and have no idea what they’re doing when drawing your blood. There are plenty of other bloodwork labs in the area - I highly advise people explore those instead.

After a horrible experience at Labcorp Pembrooke early this morning . It was a blessing to come to this branch it’s just refreshing to have these ladies at this branch putting a smile in my heart. It was like a ray of sunshine through the thunderous clouds. This will be my lab moving forward n I certainly will be recommending my family n co workers to this branch .MS Linda certainly is my angel today. Very friendly efficient remarkable bedside manners n ver compassionate Thsnk u thank you 💕💕💕🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I can’t thank Brandy enough for her incredible help today. I traveled for work and currently have a job opportunity and urgently needed to complete a drug screening. After taking an Uber to the location, I was met with a machine stating schedule an appointments — and I had been holding my urine the whole ride! With most locations closing early and my tight schedule working in Maryland, I was worried I'd be out of luck.
Thankfully, Brandy stepped in and truly saved the day. Her kindness, understanding, and willingness to go above and beyond ensured I was able to complete my screening right away. Brandy’s dedication to helping customers in stressful situations is something I’ll never forget. Thank you, Brandy, for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one!

I love this location and want to mention the wonderful job that Brandy does! She has always been extremely helpful in getting me in and out quickly and her professionalism in drawing labs is second to none. Always look forward to coming by.

I had to have Lab work done and the lady asked me for my Lab work papers, assigned me to a room. I explained to her that me and needles do not get along. Before I knew it she was pulling the needle out, and had a cotton ball on my arm taping it down. Very nicely done.

Now I see why they have poor ratings. I was called to the front desk just to be told they didn’t have any lab work for me. I called days before and they said they had it via fax. I’m so pissed!!!!

If I could give this a zero stars, I would for the Waldorf location. The receptionist had deplorable customer service skills. It seemed like the workers did not want to be there. I had my lab work from my doctor via email and they informed my that they did not accept that format. They also informed me that they do not have an email address in which I thought was absurd. The receptionist were extremely incompetent and did not have any knowledge of anything.

Shouldn't have trusted them. I've been to this Old Line Rd. location before and they weren't friendly, but this time they closed early on me. Granted I got there 8 minutes before closing but they had the doors locked at 10:52am on a Saturday when their sign says they are open to 11am. If you close at 10:45 or 10:50 then say that. I could hear a couple people taking in side so I knocked and called out "hello?" a few times. No one even bothered to come to the door. This is terrible - people don't go to Labcorp for fun, they do it because they are sick. I could have made it in time to another location or lab, and next time won't bother with this Labcorp. Go elsewhere!

Very poor customer service. I went and had to wait just to ask a simple question bc there was no receptionist in sight. After that, fast process but the lady talks to you with an attitude.

Came before they closed and they had the doors locked and the tv still on. They decided to remain quiet and not even let me know if they closed early.

After seeing the reviews for this location, I was admittedly hesitant to visit for blood draws. However, I had quick, excellent, and professional service. Katrina was awesome and I highly recommend her.
