Got my stuff and the person gave me swfiter wet wipes that are leaking. They just put it in a trash bag and still sent it for my online order. I guess since you can't see what you are getting then they will give you anything. First and last time ordering from this Lowes. I have come to the conclusion after all these years that you can not trust Lowes. Forgot to mention the women gloves they sent in a medium when I ordered a large. Nothing in the description says women, just garden gloves and size.

I love coming to this Lowe’s! But I have to say, I really miss my favorite cashier Lesly. She was always so kind, efficient, and made my visits feel extra special. Her positive energy and great customer service really stood out. Hope to see her back at the register soon!

Customer service is so bad with the lady cathy. We were standing there and she was speaking to the guy on the phone to ask what do we want. She could have just asked us then she started speaking in Spanish to my mom like if we didn’t understand English. Someone should just talk to her to better her customers service.

I good evening I experience a very disappointing experience at the Waldorf Lowe’s communicate with the manager and reference to buying a grill. All the sides of the grill were missing. Amanda said that we did have a delivered to your house. Went back to location three times unfortunately no one was able to assist me never received parts. In addition another manager explained to me that the grill that I had was more expensive. He wants to pick my girl up from my house and give me a cheap grill, everyone in the area works in Charles County that I know I’m telling him not to ever go to this location Just can’t treat customers anyway after spending money in your store custom service outrage

Have one star despite previous interactions with this store my visits have been Great. Until I started a bathroom project and had a piece say I carried it out when I paid to have it delivered. So my entire project got messed up because of one piece not to mention g getting a real person to speak to send nearly impossible not happy this time maybe I'll have better experiences in the future unfortunately I'll have to use other stores until then

I purchased a dryer from this Lowes location and there is a gentleman there in that department by the name of Aaron. This guy is what any company would love to have representing them! Aaron helped me with the purchase of the dryer, full of information, and I had to make two more trips back to the store because I forgot the flexible hose that goes in the back of the dryer. He assisted me with that. I also realized that the dryer did not fit because of the dryer hose that I thought would work, and I returned the vent hose and I saw Aaron and he asked is everything ok? I told him that the hose I selected first, did not work because it makes my dryer stick out too far and I am unable to close the door. He said no problem and he showed me the more flexible hose that would work, and he did this while he was on his lunch hour. Did I mention that Aaron had a smile on his face the entire time...Talk about customer service! I really hope that someone at this Lowes location recognizes this gentleman for his efforts!

I recently visited Lowe's Home Improvement in Waldorf, MD, and while I was able to find what I was looking for, the checkout experience was frustrating. Self-checkout was the only option available—there were zero cashiers, making me feel like I was expected to work for them.I couldn’t help but wonder if they want my business or if they want me as an employee. My time is important to me, and wasting it doing the work of an $18/hr employee is quite insulting. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service in a store that otherwise has a good selection of products.

The customer service associates are SO NICE. Especially the assistant store manager (don't remember her name but she has braces). Additionally, the guy (asian) in the carpet section who went above and beyond to help not only me but 4 other people at the same time is just outstanding. Also, not sure where this associate works but, I see her all the time. She is always all smiles and greets us, makes small talk and just makes you feel welcomed. I love this location compared to Clinton. That location (clinton) needs to take notes.

Return policy, Management and customer service need improvement!! Purchased stain that needed to be returned. We misplaced the receipt and Lowe’s will not even give you a store credit. Corporate got involved and suggested to them to allow the return but Lowe’s refused. Juk’s is the worse Manager we have ever met. Customer Service in Waldorf Lowe’s is lacking. Not recommended!
