Yesterday, I visited the MAC store and had a makeup demo with the lovely Tanasia. She was incredibly professional and knows what she is doing. Her customer service was excellent and she took the time to understand my skin and my needs, tested products in-store, and communicated everything clearly. I learned a lot from her. Thanks to her guidance, I found the perfect products for my skin. Thank you Tanasia, you made my day!

I miss Ahmad. I went here the other day and waited, and waited and waited while two associates told me that they would be right with me. I waited for them to finish with their customers and one wearing a synthetic blonde curly wig began to help another customer while I waited near the lipstick. The other just found something to do after assisting her customer and never acknowledged me again. I just walked out and went to Sephora. I miss Ahmad he was so professional and knew how to manage customers even if you had to wait for him. I will not be coming back. And the Macy's bags for my Mac products makes me feel like I'm shopping in the grocery store.

I just visited Mac Makeup (in JC Penny) and I must compliment Mykia! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I love employees who make you feel welcomed! She gets 10 stars and beyond. She is an amazing employee and I pray she receives a pay raise and manager position ! Way to go Mykia ! You made my day !
