For me, Backstage is a gem. Whenever I'm in a mission to get a lot, but spend less, I shop in here. That day, my goal was to spend less than $200 and it was a complete success! I purchased 5 business outfits and 2 household items. You have to be in a good mood, though. It can be overwhelming at times.

The outside temperature was mid-90s and the store felt like it was 80. We were sweating while shopping. While shopping is not my favorite thing to do, this made it miserable.

I had a fantastic experience with Hayat at Mercy’s store! She was super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Her positive attitude made my shopping trip enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to her, I left the store happy with my purchase.

Best selection of clothes in the mall, recieved help I wanted.
My daughter had issues finding long shorts at the mall, everywhere there where terribly short. Macys was the closet for long shorts at size 0 or 1.

My first time shopping at this store,
Mary beth was awesome, she wrapped the gifts for me and i was pleasantly surprised, she did an amazing Job! Best wrapping job ive ever seen! Hard to find good people in stores anymore but she was great.

First time in the this Macy's store since I moved to Maryland. I have shopped other Macy's Stores across different states. Always love the sales. Very nice cashiers. Excellent customer service.

Nothing I despise more than a THIEF and to ALL online shopper's who have your Macy's orders shipped to this store, I'm forewarning you in advance: STOP, CANCEL, DON'T. I placed an online order back in early April and it was delivered to this store April 29th by USPS but, I "never" received notification and in the app it still showed "In Tansit?" Called the Macy's (800) number today and was informed that I need to File a Claim? I instantly knew why, as I suspected some "THIEF" working in the Order Arrival/Receipt Department decided my order would look better in their home, so like a common, ghetto, classless THIEF you take it upon yourself to STEAL my item and never change the status in the app to try and cover-up your crime. But, I hope and pray management fires you on-the-spot. What's done in the dark will come to light. Karma is real!! Note to the File: I will never have anything shipped to this store again. Have zero tolerance for a THIEF. Period.

This store did not have the items I was looking to purchase, and due to the urgency, I had to find something that would work. All of the items that I wanted were located in Virginia. SMH, so sad.
