After not getting any help from Glen Burnie n Waldorf,MD store the store in Forest was the best Brandon helped me with all my phone n acct needs he went above n beyond his duties this young man was so pleasant professional n he new his job he needs a raise for sure

If I wrote the way I really feel about the service I would offend everyone completely. Perhaps the most aggravating issue with their customer service department is that NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! AND WHEN I KEEP HAVING ISSUES WITH MY NEW CELL PHONES INTERNET CONNECTION, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO GET SOME HELP!!! WAY TOO FRUSTRATED FOR WORDS. I WILL STOP BY THERETHIS EVENING AND CANCEL MY lousy service. im out!!!

1 is being generous . Kelli that works there is the most unfriendly and unprofessional person . Doesn’t know the phones, the prices , plan features and just flat out rude . Once we realized everything she said was a lie we tried to return phone . Refused to give full refund and refused to let us speak to her manager . Corporate was called over 24 hours ago and no response . C/S was useless and no one can give me the managers number ? Yet that’s the only person that can help us ? Hands down WORST customer service I have ever encountered .

HORRIFIC service. Negative 5 is the rating . The rep Kelly lied about cost of phone , phone features, added insurance to account without authorization . Didn’t know plan features and lied about cost of plan . Came back to cancel and they want us to pay for a month . Spoke to c/s and on phone for 40 min and they gave me number to corporate and they can’t help and had to refer us to store manager . The agent Kelli refused to let me talk to manager while in store ..

The employees here are not friendly, they have very little phones in stock, and they are not welcoming compared to other locations. Brought a phone at one store got a activation discount not at waldorf one. Would not recommend this store.

Good morningAngela from MetroPCS really did an excellent job this morning helping me through my data issues with my phone she made it her business to call customer service and really get me through this tough situation I was going through and I definitely will be back to this location due to her excellent service this morning thank you again.....Ron

Do yourself a favor and go to another location. The short, round light skin guy is no help at all and has not been any help the last 3 encounters I’ve had with him. He told me he could not switch my Android to my IPhone. I went in the parking lot and called the Metro PCs in Oxon Hill and was told they could do it for a $17 fee. Whatever that guy name is, he’s the reason why I will never come to this location again. My husband had to stop by and actually tell the man how to do his job.

I came into this store about a week ago, I’ve been having so many issues with my iPhone and previous service. I was running back and forth to 3 metro pcs stores within Waldorf, and they all quoted me different prices, some places, were completely unable to help me.Then I went into the leaonardtown rd Store, and was helped by a man named Terrel or Tyrel. Excuse the spelling. His customer service was excellent, he answered all my questions, and signed me up with a new plan and phone, saving me money also. I also accidentally gave him too much money, and he had integrity and gave me my money back. I was a little excited about things finally working out. I recommend that if anyone shops metro pcs in the Waldorf area to only go to Leonardtown rd, to see Tyrell.
