I come for the dog wash and occasionally make a purchase. As a black-owned business I try to support it when I can. But also as a black-owned business it would help if you actually opened on time with the hours posted on your door and on the internet. When there are businesses around offering the same services at a lower price AND they open on time, That tells me you must not be serious about being successful. Do better

I came into the store today, and met the owner. He took the time to educate and pass knowledge on the food and ways to help my dog in long term health. All without breaking my pocket. As Iwas there other customers came in and the atmosphere was pleasant and made it so I would come back.

A short time ago, I purchased raw dog food & my dogs got sick because of the bum freezers. Please don't continue to sell the raw food to your customers after acknowledging your freezers are bad & the frozen food isn't frozen! Then it's never any accountability or refunds! Always some b's about being a third party dealer. I see why everyone slowly stop coming to this place & order online. Save time & gas money, plus any problems,, 100% refund. Not at this place!!! Also, pull the Victor dog food from your shelf. It's a major recall & this guy is still selling it knowingly. You can't make this shyt up!!

0 Stars Given!!! I always try to support small businesses owners, local businesses owners, black businesses owner's. This owner here at Muttropolitian is very unprofessional and rude. The dog washing area is very messy. It's a foul odor when walking in. I came in to shampoo & blow dry my German Sheppard ... I was told by the owner I can shampoo & only towel dry her. Remind you I said she's a German Sheppard. Anywho I was told I could not use the blow dryers because those dogs have to much hair & I have open food. I did not argue with him because this is his business but come on dude you are suppose to be a self serve dog grooming place .. re arrange things to accommodate everyone needs. Be convenient to your customers to build a loyal clientele base. I will not recommend!

Have only been here once it was weird and awkward, nothing had a price on it i had to ask the owner and it was very over priced. Place doesn't open on time at all. Like to support local business when i can but he needs to up his game

I loved that they had self service grooming stations where i could bathe my princess, but for my dog, they no longer allowed me to the blow dry my dog because she is a shephard and her hair would blow all over the place.

Everything is a la cart or you can bring your own shampoo/scissors. The self grooming area isn't kept very clean but I'm always grateful for a do it yourself dog wash for my Aussie. I'll probably be back.

The shop is great and the products are fantastic but on multiple occasions for 45-90 minutes there is nobody at the front and the shop is closed with no notice like gone for lunch during regular store hours.
