I WENT BACK AGAIN THIS SUNDAY AND LILLY TALKED TO ME ABOUT ME TO MY FACE WHILE DOING MY NAILS LOL SHE DIDNT REMEBER WHO I WAS AND STARTED TALKING TRASH YET AGAIN LIKE GOSSIP. SHE ALSO RUSHED MY NAILS BECAUSE SHE HAD A DATE WITH HER HUSBAND AND IT WAS AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING WHEN I WALKED IN. HER ATTITUTE SUCKS BUT SHE DOES GOOD WORK WHEN SHE ISNT TALKING ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. HI LILLY !! BTW MY NAILS CAME OFF ALREADY, SHORT FRENCH TIP SET, GREEN.. THEN PRESSED ME OUT FOR A BIGGER TIP. NO MA'AM NOT AFTER YOU JUST TALKED ABOUT ME TO ME ! AND THEN ASKED ME TO LEAVE A REVIEW LMAO. HERE YOU GO. STAY BLESSSED

Lily was so amazing! I don’t live around here, I’m just visiting and I looked up nail shops and her reviews were so amazing so I had to check her out. It was so worth it!! She’s so gentle too which was a plus because a lot of places I’ve gone to get my nails done, they were way too rough and my nails were on fire by the end of it. 100 percent recommend her. Thanks again lily!

I had my nails done on a Saturday which included tips with American manicure. Well, that same day the polish chipped on one of the nails. Monday morning, I returned to have it fixed. When the lady looked at my nail she asked did you peel something? Of course, that was a no and furthermore it was gel polish and it should not have chipped like that. She was less than professional and seemed ANNOYED that I had the audacity to came back for repair, although it took her every bit of two minutes to do so. She act as though she was inconvenienced in some way. She had a very nasty attitude to say the least. If anybody was inconvenienced it was me. Not to mention I spent $180 for my daughter and I to get our nails doneI. I get tired of these businesses thinking it’s ok to treat customers like this. THE POLISH CHIPPED, IT’S YOUR WORK, OWN!!! Don’t assume that I must have done something wrong that caused the polish to chip. Needless to say, I will not be going back and do not recommend this business.

I went here a couple of weeks ago and the experience was not satisfactory. So I went home and said I would just not go back. When I got home I washed dishes and just about all of the nail polish came off my nails. It was Sunday so they closed early. I called back the next day and explained what happened to the owner and she said that since I didn't get gel polish it was not guaranteed to last and I should have wore gloves when I washed my dishes
So I said are you going to redo my nails and she said no. So with that being said DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. Go somewhere where your business is valued and appreciated! I would give it no stars if I could

After looking through the reviews I decided to give this place a shot. I love the calm relaxed ambiance. I’ve been looking for a new salon because I was tired of dealing with the unprofessional service I was getting at the salon I had been going to since before Covid. Lily did my nails and I love how she’s shaped them and made them all the same length being as though I didn’t even realize they were uneven. She was really quick too. Vu did my pedi and he did a really good job as well. He understood what SQUARE means and I really appreciate that. The only downside is they only take cash, so I had to use their ATM machine. Also, they are very old school, they don’t have color acrylics, no 3D design, so they only do hand paint designs.

I have been going to this place for years and as of today I will NEVER go back! Lilly is the rudest person you’ll ever meet! For years she’s always done a great job on my nails, however it’s her attitude that gets me! It’s hard to spend my hard earned money at a place where I feel my dollars aren’t appreciated. This lady will ask you for a tip before you can even reach in your wallet to give her one! She talks about customers as they leave, she’s nosey as hell… the list goes on! I went to her yesterday and when she was done I noticed my nails didn’t look like normal… I asked her to fix a few things but she told me “your nail fine”. Without thought I left, but the more and more I looked at my hands I said nahhh this has to be fixed. So I went back this morning with a positive attitude in a great mood. I showed her the things I needed fixed and she REFUSED! She got loud with me as if I was a problem. She told me my issue is I don’t like the color polish…not true! I love the color. It’s the horrible job with the acrylic that I don’t like. I’m never one to complain or write this type of review but if you value your hand earned money this is not the place to spend it. Ive tried giving this lady chance after chance but today was the last straw. I’ve referred so many people to LILLY and they say the same thing! HER ATTITUDE IS HORRIBLE! My hope is that someone will read this review and understand that we all work hard everyday and with the made up outrageous prices NAIL OBSESSION and LILLY charge we should never put up with the negativity pouring out of this lady! Listen, I never complain about paying for any service but when it comes with attitude and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE the line has been crossed!
Since LILLY wants TIPS so bad here’s one: you work in a community where black minorities are patronizing your business, treat them with kindness, show them love, and never feel like you’re above them. We spend our hard earned money to keep YOUR business going! Without US you’d be NOTHING! Be blessed and do better!!!!!!

Used to go there all the time before COVID. Went back on 4/14/2024, didn't recognize any of the manicurist. Paid $152 for pedicure, manicure, and gel w custom design. (Have to use ATM in the salon. They don't take credit cards anymore.) I gave the manicurist $200 - a $48 tip! Fast forward 10 days and the gel is already peeling! I go in for a repair and am told I have to pay $10 per nail or they can redo my nails for "$60 and up." The one in charge was very rude, claimed it had been two wks and that's how long the nails last. It had been 11 days. You also told me I needed acrylic if I want the polish to last longer. I thought that's what I was getting. I never had these problems before w the quality of the work or getting a repair for free - particularly after tipping so well!! I suspect it's under different management. I walked out, and I'm never coming back.

I started coming to Nail obsession last fall and ever since then I’ve been back monthly to see Lily and her staff! They are always so pleasant, the salon is clean, and thorough with their work!
Lily can do pretty much any design I give her and adds her own touch too! Love this place!
