The store manager I believe her name is Susan, does not know what costumer service is, rude and unprofessional, why is she even doing costumer service.

Went in this location to make a specific engraved purchase the sales associate was NOT helpful. She wanted and pushed for me to purchase an item of HER choice when I said that wasn’t what I wanted I got little help with my engraved purchased and she was too busy talking to another sales associate to tend to what I wanted. When I said never mind she said OK! I left the store without purchasing anything. I won’t be coming back to this location again!

Did not meet my expectations for providing solid customer service. A customer should never leave your store unhappy. Did not make the best decision in satisfying my needs for a gift received two months before the pandemic shut everything down. Loyal customer for years.

I took 5 bracelets in the store to be cleaned. They take pictures of your bracelets before they clean them. They ask you to sign the photo of the bracelets. I notice the photos taken of my bracelets only captured half of 2 of the bracelets. I pointed that out to the employee. She says to me ..and I quote.."I ain't gonna steal none of your charms." I stated I never said you would and how inappropriate that statement was that you just made to me. Now she's huffy and got an attitude with me because of something she said..Customer service is non-existent ?♀️

Amazing customer service. The ladies allowed me to try things on and see if I really loved them. They also helped me decide when I couldn't lol. The employees also help each other out during the checkout process to make it smoother and faster. Great job!

I’m returning my purchase the lady who helped me was snapping, rude and short. She was not very helpful and wanted you to quickly pay and buy more but her attitude was completely off!!! I will be returning on Monday. I’m not coming back here for my future charms for our bracelets. I’m not happy
