Girl I wish I could give 0 stars! The owner and the young pregnant girl in there has horrible customer service! They don't know how to do designs or shape the nails good! Some of my nails are too thick and a few are are uneven and shorter! Don't waste your money!!!! They will yell at you if you don't like the color or designs. When I told the owner I DIDN'T like 4 coats of polish on my feet she got mad and tolf me to leave but because I had a hair appointment next door I didn't feel like going nowhere else! and They called the police on me because I didn't want to pay all the money they wanted! I paid what the salon deserved because I had to settle for a different design on my nails because the owner couldn't do butterfly designs ... !!!!! WHEn I walked in there it was only 2 customers for a reason. I won't dare go back. Believe the REVIEWS!

Horrible! Do not go here. I asked for my original nails to be soaked off, the woman didn’t do that and I had overlay stiletto nails. When she was done ripping my nails off I was left with numbs. I had no choice but to get tips added. I then asked for squared French manicure it was absolutely horrible and I had to have her remove it. I’m left with these short stubby looking nails. Complete waste of $60. I’ll have to wait 2-3 weeks for my nails to grow out and then go to a more professional shop to get what I want. I literally wanted my nails soaked off and a manicure. Do not come here, I didn’t read the reviews until a moment ago.

If I could give zero stars I would lol
The process was rushed, my nails are thick and bulky with one of them appearing to be melting. I have polish is on my skin, and they’re sharp. I usually tip very well but just gave her $10. I didn’t have the time to start alll over but please avoid the young lady on the left side at the end of the row.
she will rush your nails and act like you’re bothering her. Now I’m stuck with funny looking nails.

I never been this dissatisfied with service!! I went to get a pedicure, the lady that service me was rude!! She never asked what pedicure did I want she just started!! I told her I need callous removal.. then ahe rushed through my pedicure!! Then get to the register and she said $60 ! I said for what yoy didn't do anything, no damn massage or nothing!!
I will not recommend nor be going back to this damn nail shop!!!!!! I should have known because that's why me and daughters stop years ago but no my crazy tail said give them one more chance!! Never again!!!!!! If I could leave 0 star I would!!!!!!

Took my daughter to this salon for her bday nails and was highly disappointed. They were not able to execute on a style they said they were able to. They did a poor job at communicating and providing a positive customer service experience. I listened to them speak rudely to another customer and I had to request them to clean off the table from the past persons nail clippings still visible on the table. The owners energy was off and it was overall a unpleasant and disappointing experience. Unfortunately I did not come here to check the reviews so if you are reading this before coming, go elsewhere.

It’s a hit or miss with them. Only person that I could expect good work from was Linda and maybe she is tired because she did a horrible job on my brows and left wax residue all on them didn’t offer to even clean after. The daughter is rude and offensive and always starts speaking in her language when you asked for them to fix something. It fell off since Stephanie left! I will never come back

I just paid $50.00 for a regular pedicure with two toes design. The young lady stated that she charge me for removal of dead skin which I didn’t have cause she didn’t have to use the scraper. I’m still at a lose for this price with nothing was also not added to the water or my legs/foot. Never again.Service: Pedicure

Man they did me dirty lol. i don’t know if they were rushing since i came around 6, but the work is just messy. I got a pedicure, the girl cut my big toe to the point it was bleeding. My feet doesn’t look good, my nails just look rushed. Then made me pay $93, $43 for a pedicure that was supposed to be $33… $93 for what??Services: Pedicure
