Don’t get your dog groomed here. One, the customer service is terrible and two the cuts are worse than that. Got my yorkie groomed out of desperation and against my better judgement and as expected, it was terrible. Botchy cut. Uneven all over and his tail wasn’t even cut, trimmed, nothing. Not even sure if they gave him a “good” bath if at all. Just don’t do it.

It's always a struggle to get decent customer service in that store.
I called to see if there was a certain item in stock and Riley informed me that they don't do product checks and that to go on the website. The funny thing about that is the website is often wrong and that's why I called. What I am sure of is, I won't be calling anymore or spending my money in there any longer! I will add this type of behavior happens when the store manager is not in the store.

My kids always want to visit PetSmart, and even my dog gets excited when she realizes where we are going. The staff are very kind.

This place was open on Sunday and the service was great. Easy to find. We did a one hour couples massage. Both of us left satisfied and felt completely relaxed afterwards.

Complete incompetence. I dropped my baby off at 9 am for a bath and cut. Was told it would take 3-4 hours. 12pm comes and goes. 1pm. At 2:15 I finally call and was told that my dog had pooped in the kennel after her bath and had to be re-bathed because she sat in it. And then was told approximately 45 min. 45 min came and went. No call. Two hours later I finally just showed up and was told my baby had been ready for awhile. Then the tech told me she had “no intention on calling” me again since I’d already been told 45 min by another tech. Casual apology for the “miscommunication.” Then another tech brought my dog out and asked me to smell her to see she smelled like poop. Few questions.
1. If she was finished and put in a kennel, why wasn’t I called to come and get her??? I should have been called when they were finishing up so I could pick her up promptly.
2. Why wasn’t I called and updated on what was happening??? There’s no reason I should have to call when their policy is to call and update pet parents.
3. WHY am I having to smell my dog?! Isn’t that something that should be confirmed beforehand?!
4. What would they have done if I hadn’t shown up?!
This was overall a TERRIBLE experience and Jazzmin is a terrible representation of the salon. She is lazy and clearly has no respect or regard for pets or pet parents. There is truly a breakdown in this salon as this is the second time my pet has finished an appointment and dumped in a kennel and I’m not notified. Do better.

For the grooming service Kayla was the BEST. She was so knowledgeable and really cared about my baby Yorkie London. She has outstanding customer service. I can honestly say I trust her with my baby❤️. Thank you Kayla for being the wonderful person you are!!
