Well let’s just say I didn’t know we were buying a car TODAY. There was no messing around here. You won’t be here all day, that’s for sure. They really have it together. I’ve purchased soooo many cars (and I’ve sold them too) and i have never had this kind of customer care. We immediately were challenged to tell Teresa what we were looking for. She’s a veteran and proud to share her accolades… love this angel. Then there’s Hamed, behind the scenes money man. The shop is quaint so all conversations can be heard, but they are professional and courteous. We were treated and counseled like family anddidn’t feel bullied or sold to. I was referred by Zik from Zik tires and man was he right!!! He told me to call and I spoke to tge nicest most pleasant man. He as the BIG boss and took his time with me. This place was the answer to all my needs. Good looking, almost intimidating, stock on their Waldorf lot, but my daughter was happy with her selection. She is studying nursing so once she starts making the big bucks guess where she’s gonna do her trade UP. One thing many people in this industry don’t realize is that anyone’s circumstances can change in an instant. We were told no many other places. My child is 18 now but one day she will be grown and very successful. Thanks for giving her her first shot. You’ve earned some loyal clients…. Nope new family members para la vida.
