I am super excited about the new amplifier I got installed yesterday at Pro Audio.
The family owned business really take their time to understand what the customer are looking for. They are honest and transparent with a welcoming and warm hospitality. I am a new customers but already looking forward to having more work done on my vehicle in the near future. Great prices too. Mo and his whole family and crew really know their Craft. I couldn't be happier that their shop was the first one that Popped up in the local Google search, in the Waldorf MD area; under car Audio install. I am not surprised, now knowing they have been serving the Charles county area for nearly 27 years. You Can't beat experience. Thank you guys for the awesome install. 🫡👏🏽👍🏽😊🙏🏾

As someone who values quality and integrity, I can confidently say that this experience has shaped my expectations for what excellent customer service should look like. No matter who I speak with, they are attentive, eager to get the job done, and always looking out for the best interests of their customers. This business also prides itself on transparency; there has never been a time when the staff hasn't been upfront with me. They truly know their products, so when I ask for recommendations, they clearly explain what works well together and what doesn’t. I have recommended their business to friends and family, and I find myself returning not just for the products or services they offer, but for the unparalleled experience they provide.

Took one of my cars to get a few things replaced and I can honestly say those guys are EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable on what the customer is asking for (and give their opinion on what they believe is the best fit for the customer and vehicle), and the prices are reasonable (if you cant pay the full amount up front, they have payment plans). I went back yesterday because the sound in my car wasn't working. I explained to them that I got items installed with them last year and what I thought the problem was. They told me that even though they had customers ahead of me, they'll still look to see what the problem was... I was in-and-out within 20mins.
Moral of the story: Im taking my other car there! I LOVE THOSE GUYS!!!

I had them do a whole audio build on my 2023 Denali they did a great job, it still looks oem and sounds great.

The guys are great at Pro Audio. Excellent service,, great prices, and will do everything to ensure that you are happy with their service. My Mini Cooper sounds really great after their install.
I would highly recommend that you check them out for all of your Audio needs. They may even provide service that you may not be aware so don't be afraid to ask Pops, or one of the twins.

I have been coming to Pro Audio for over 10 years now. They have worked on multiple of my cars and my family’s cars over the years so I feel it’s only fair for me to talk about the amazing experience I’ve had with them.
I have dealt with the owner, Mohammad for many years and he has never but exceeded my expectations, always making sure I was getting the best, whether it was for a simple install such as upgrading the radio in my daughter car to a full system upgrades that they got done to my trucks. Mohammad and his sons have always done me right no matter the job.
My most recent visit I brought in my 24 f150 cause the factory sound was horrible. One of the sons, Moe put together a full audio system, front and back speakers, tweeters, DSP, Amp, sound deadening, and a custom fit box for under the seat. Every thing from start to finish was flawless. They matched, or even BEAT all competitor pricing (Which they always have) and made sure I was getting the best deal.
Pro Audios Install has always been the best, they had my truck in and out in one day. Every was install perfect, and was extremely clean and professional. Ahmad, the tech that work on my car, came out to me when I was picking up my truck and gave me a full run down of my system. The sound, set up, install, and quality pro audio put together for me is what always has me coming back.
Mohammad and his sons have always got me and my family right. Their work, prices, professionalism, and customer service always is exceptional and exceeds expectations. Whether it is small or big Pro Audios has you covered!

I had such a great experience with the professionals at Pro Audio! I brought in a stereo that I purchased for install into my 2013 Honda Ridgeline. The tech made sure that I had all the necessary equipment and accessories and assured me that it would be taken care of for a great price! They had excellent customer service at the front desk and I would definitely come again for my vehicle audio needs and highly recommend you do the same. Thanks again pro audio!
