I had the pleasure of interacting with a tall lady with short blonde hair i know her name starts with a D, and I couldn't be more impressed with her outstanding customer service. From the moment I approached her, she greeted me with warmth and kindness, making me feel valued as a customer. She took the time to listen to my needs and went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring that my experience was nothing short of wonderful. Her patient demeanor and genuine willingness to help truly set her apart.

Oh my goodness! I was screaming as I read through the reviews cos after visiting this store, I thought it was me. There are 3 youths in there who are the most MEAN humans on planet earth. Dark skin, fair skin and another brown skin. Unfortunately when I asked to speak with the manager that day they pointed me to the super fair skin who was also same specie as the others.
My first visit to this store I spent $380 and I loved spending that cos they clothes were cute and the mature people I met at the customer service were polite and welcoming. So I decided to bring my daughter there the next time and that was a weekend...
Goshhhh! I regretted going there with ma polite, respectful baby. Those girls were the worst set of girls I have met EVEEERRRRR. Very disrespecful and mean. I felt disrespected, unhappy, my baby cried when we got into the car.
My baby loves the store, wants to go back there but she said NOPE! NEVER EVERRRRRR again. I drive her to branch Avenue to shop at Rainbow over there. I can't work hard for my money and use it to buy disrespect and teach my child disrespect. Sorry Management but itmf u don't do anything about that gang then people may run away from ur store. Baaaaaa....

This store really needs a fitting room. I have returned so many items, sometimes on the same day. The selection is hot or miss, and the staff and the manager is mediocre at best.
