Very professional, accommodating, and attentive staff. While the hotel is definitely in need of a remodel or at least repair, it is extremely clean and

This hotel is extended stay, pet friendly, no smoking policy...extended stay was like living in a govtProject was the atmosphere. Pet friendly, well they turn down my cockatiel's stay and asked questions like she might be a vulture. No smoking please remove the signs...I am allergic to that smell of dirty ashtrays, the rooms felt and look dirty but you see the staff working hard to clean them. I spent a month here and the staff..front desk, maintenance, grounds, and the ladies work hard to make residents comfortable. They need security here..good location!

I want to begin on a positive note, as the customer service at this hotel was exceptionally amazing. They are extremely helpful and pleasant! However, the hotel itself is extremely outdated — holes in walls, my floor duct taped together, cabinet falling off the hinges, and sheets that feel like velcro. I am 100% Marriott loyal, as I am ambassador elite and never stray away from Marriott even if outdated. However, this was by far the worst Marriott I have stayed in out of 35+ in the past two years. I unfortunately had to leave my stay early due to a gasoline smell coming from my room vents — setting off the fire alarm. I want to reiterate the hotel staff was very nice in helping me navigate this! I will always recommend Marriott, just not this one.

Nestled in a one-bedroom suite, I was immediately struck by its cleanliness and the fully stocked kitchen - unheard of at most Residence Inns. The thoughtful touches continued to impress as I explored the suite further. The bedroom, adorned with reading lights, demonstrated an understanding of the needs of modern travelers. It's a true rarity to find bedside lighting that's both functional and cozy for late-night reading, and the Residence absolutely delivered on this front. The comfort of the bed itself was exceptional, accompanied by soft and inviting bedding that cocooned me in luxury. The provision of three full sets of soft and fluffy towels was a thoughtful detail that elevated the overall sense of pampering and attention to guest satisfaction. The spacious living area and expansive bedroom provided ample room for relaxation and rejuvenation. One aspect that particularly caught my attention was the strategic placement of the bathroom. This smart design ensured that both those in the living room and the bedroom could access it without inconveniencing others, highlighting the establishment's commitment to thoughtful functionality. However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was the top-notch service provided by front desk clerks Lashonda and Kassidy. Kassidy made sure to check me in when I couldn't get to the hotel the night I was supposed to stay. She made sure I would have no issues coming in the next morning and made sure my keys would be ready and waiting upon arrival. (My only constructive criticism would be to get Kassidy more help!! It took almost 12 minutes on hold before she was able to take my call. That said, once she was able to free herself from her front desk demands, she did her best to help me out! Appreciate you, Kassidy!) Lashonda's warmth and exceptional customer service was evident from the moment I arrived. She greeted with a sweet welcome gift and card, took care of an earlier misunderstanding and set my checkout to to the latest possible hour, per status. She even tracked down breakfast for me after the buffet had closed. This small yet impactful gesture really stood out. I mean, who does that? The combination of well-thought-out room amenities, coupled with the exceptional service provided by Lashonda and Kassidy, created an seamless experience. Take note, Ritz Carlton, because I received better service here than I did at one of your hotels last weekend. Truth. Without a doubt, the Waldorf Residence Inn deserves a resounding recommendation.

This is probably the worst Marriott I’ve ever stay in. First they gave the room I reserved over 45 days in advance away. Second the room was not that clean. Third they ran out of towels for over 36 hours and took just as long to get tissue. And the crazy thing is I was still trying to give them a chance. The last straw was they had me change rooms because someone else had already reserved that one. They let people smoke in the pool area and by the door going to the pool. Oh, and they never gave me the points they said they would for being inconvenienced.

The room needs maintenance. See pictures. The kitchen cabinets were uneven hanging from one hinge. There was some dried white liquid substance on the side of the couch and on the floor. The shower bar had come loose from the wall. The room looked partially cleaned and not maintained. Management also put me in this handicap room without letting me know. I booked a room with a fireplace non handicap weeks in advance. Be careful when staying here you don't know what you will get. Also lots of kids and very loud.

It was adequate. The staff was polite and courteous, but servicing of the rooms need some attention. They would check off services as complete when they were not done in reference to house keeping.

Family and I stayed here for about 9 days for a local event. The staff at the front desk was always nice and inviting. The cleaning staff was also exceptional nice. The overall hotel was clean. The breakfast had a good selection of options. My room was surfaced clean and the first couple of days I didn't have any issues.I noticed that the carpet in the room was not clean and our socks showed how dirty the carpet was. There is one elevator which delays the traffic flow. We ran out of towels several times due to shipment. We had several large families on our floor and dogs. First day I smelled pee and diaper smell in the hallway and reported it the front desk staff. They came and picked up the bag and eventually sprayed after I requested.Through out my stay the smell of pee in my hallway lingered. At first I didn't know that there dogs on my floor but it made sense because the pee smell and our last night there was a foul dog poo smell. It was report to the front desk because management wasn't available. My rating is a 3 because of great customer servicefrom overall stay. I think if a hotel caters to animals there needs to be a set floor for our babies and rooms will need to be monitored. I would like to say again the customer service was great!

So I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance and I came a day before to make sure thing's was right. So the day I arrived I was told that they gave my room away. This party was for my son's 17th birthday and I was cooking all day for this party. It was a 2 bedroom suite and they were booked and no where else that they had any rooms. So I had to take 8 boys and take them to my house which is very small. They we're very sorry about someone giving away my room. I had to spend 250 at breakfast because I wasn't prepared for all these changes. This is the worst hotel ever and I would suggest that you don't reserve Nothing cause they will bump you for someone else.

One of the kitchen cabinets was falling off the hinges. The bathroom door lock was broken (although you could still lock the door if you shoved your pinky in the lock mechanism). The toilet took 10 minutes to refill in the bowl so we had to wait between people going. There were no sheets for the pullout couch, so my FIL called down to the front desk to get some. The bang on the door and hand him some, but they forgot a fitted sheet. The pullout couch was so uncomfortable he just slept on the couch. One of the couch cushions had a huge hole where you just sink into it, while the chaise lounge part was stiff as a board. The king bed pillows were so worn out, they felt lumpy and were very uncomfortable. There was also a motion detector above the bed, so if you’re paranoid about being watched like I am, there’s also that.Breakfast was good on the other hand! It was nice and hot. 2 waffle makers, bagels, croissants, even and oatmeal station. Check in staff was very friendly, especially the guy who works night shift. I felt very welcomed by him, he had such a positive attitude.
