Fast friendly and professional. I made an appointment for the same day and I was in and out in less than an hour. The services were reexplained to me before I left. Customer services connected my insurance I fo and boom..... done! Would use again... it was painless.

They were quick and service was good. My only drawback and I'm pretty sure it's not the company but when sealing a crack, it doesn't go away but it fades a little to keep from spreading. You can still see it; it's faint. Only way to not see it is to get a new windshield. Most insurance companies will take care of it. I opted for sealing this time as I generally get a new windshield, but will see if it continues to bother me. The crack is in my view, time will tell.

I will never, ever, use Safelite to replace ANYTHING on my vehicle again in my life. They replaced my windshield, broke the side bracket adjacent to the windshield, pieces were flying off my car while driving, they scratched the paint off my car, broke the windshield again while trying to fix their mistakes, had to drive a rental car for a week. The technician BRIAN is incompetent and please for the love of god do not let him touch your car!!

My left windshield wiper was hanging off the car when I turned them on. I had to get out my car and physically put it back on my car. The wiper scraped and scuffed my left side panel by windshield. Then I noticed that my molding around my windshield was ripped to shreds some parts are the molding not there, leaving a whole between the windshield and my car. Spoke to the manager and I told her everything. I made an appointment before speaking to her. I also requested that same tech not work on my car. She ensured me that everything will be fixed and a senior tech will work on my car. Got there today, not the tech she mentioned and the tech acted like it wasn’t a big deal what I was coming there for. How are they trying to sell wipers, but can’t put my original wipers back on, scraping my car? When we talked about the molding he tried to brush me off saying he gonna talk to the tech, like the tech was finning tell you he did it. The manager told me she was going to speak to the original tech about what he did 3 days ago. So the manager didn’t give the rundown 3 days ago. New tech said he knows nothing about what me and her talked about. The manager spoke on how she talked to her crew daily about this is people’s money, property, and time, but she didn’t mention anything to the tech about my car. He returned my car. Couldn’t get the scuff or scapes gone, then tells me they have pictures of my molding prior to job. I asked to see the pictures . He told me they are at the front desk. Front desk clerk looked confused when I asked to see pictures and showed me pictures of my left side molding. I already knew what my car looked like. She knew about something because her face showed it. I told her everyone is lying because that’s what they were all doing at this point . I have pictures of my whole car and guess what the molding is nowhere damaged on my photo. Call back as I left and asked for the tech name and I informed the front desk that I had my own pictures, everyone lied in my face and that I’m posting this review and calling corporate. She insisted it’s not new techs fault . No he didn’t do the work but he lied in my face and brushed me off QuickType whole time. I was there for 15 minutes. He boosted about he is as good as the senior tech, but I bet that senior tech of 20 years don’t lie to the customers, brush them off with a smerk on his face. I Took time away from my day, rescheduled appointments to do this. Everyone makes mistakes, fix them. Vehicle’s are not cheap and I worked hard for mine. New tech and front desk really brushed my concerns off like it was nothing so they could get to their other customers. Wow just wow. I paid for my windshield not my insurance. I thought manager would of reached out to the head tech that I was supposed to have work on my car. Anything to make it sound good knowing he was off today.Nobody has reached out to me and when I called Safelite through geico it was noted that the manager Steve contacted me to tell me it was dry rotten before hand . I asked agent about their pictures and she gave no straight answer just clicking. The technician never said a thing before service. If so I would have purchased the trim as I purchased the windshield or just went through my insurance for just the deductible . Now I got to pay for the part and labor or go through my insurance. Ain’t that something I try to save by not claiming and still get screwed in the end. The fact is I didn’t bring my car there like that, nobody said nothing about dry rotten or sun damage because of how it came in and now it’s forget the customer. The windshield wiper was crazy too, thank God it wasn’t raining heavy with my toddler in the back.Update,Been 5 days and store manager never called me.I left a message for her to call me on the Saturday i brought my car back. I called corporate Monday and the told me 24-48 hours for district leader to call and still have not.

I recently had my windshield replaced. The service was fast and done correctly. My only complaint was during the scheduling process, I received a phone call the day before my appointment (at like 6 pm) that my glass wasn't going to be ready for my appointment the next day.. kind of last minute and annoying but anyway.. I am happy with my replacement.

Auto glass installation by Safelite at the Washington Blvd location was timely. I like that the technician came in from the work area to meet me and say hello, thereby putting a face to the performance. I was quite impressed with the customer experience at this location. Thank you, Safelite!

Long story less long, I went to safelite to get my driver side window replaced. After the service was completed, it turns out 1) my driver side inside door panel was not secured properly onto the door, and 2) the inside wooden door trim was broken in half. Naturally, I filed a compliant. Safelite does not act through actual insurance companies. Instead they act IN THE capacity of an insurance company. After receipt of the repair quote (which took weeks and I was never told it was available until I physically walked into the shop), the quote only mentioned the wooden trim. Not the inside panel (despite multiple photos taken by myself and the branch location agents). I had to get them to fix the quote. Next, I had to find an auto body shop that would do the work. MOST SHOPS DO NOT DO THE WORK UNLESS INSURANCE IS INVOLVED. This meant I went through hell and back to find a shop willing to work with me.After finding one and providing them the quote, they stated the part number (for a used part closely matching the year of my car - 2012) on the quote could not be found at ANY junkyard in their search system. After explaining this to safelite, they essentially requested proof of this. I finally was able to get the auto body shop to send that proof along with a revised quote listing a new part number (for a newer year car model since the used one wasn't available).I called Safelite ensuring they received the email this time (it was sent once, to the proper email address, but safelite claimed they didn't receive anything). The casulty department rep STEVE ANDERSON literally laughed at the quote while speaking with me, saying we're not paying that. I asked to speak with a Manger and left a message with him.It has been over 5 months now since the initial damage was done. Safelite has done everything they can to avoid rectifying the situation THEY caused. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TRASH COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE HEADACHE.

Terrible The first time I went there for my rear windshield, they waited until I arrived for my appt. to check the glass and told me it was broken. Went back for next appt. and they said they forgot to tell me they didn't get the glass in. On the third try (mind you, gas prices are too high to keep running back and forth!) they said they were not qualified to install the windshield!!! They couldn't figure that out the last 2 times I was there?New claim, front windshield, receptionist calls to verify I'm coming about 2 minutes before I arrive. When I get there they say they just checked the glass and it has a deep scratch...OMG, is this a maw and paw shop? Do they not specialize in GLASS? After all these years and commercials, have they not figured out they should actually CHECK the glass before calling to confirm??? Extremely unprofessional. The receptionist tried to blame it on 5-6 other cars being there. If 5-6 cars overwhelms you, perhaps you should not schedule that many? How long does it take to figure that out? A simple apology instead of all those excuses would have gone a long way. They also ordered generic glass for a high end car...SMH.They have wasted my time for the last time. NEVER AGAIN‼Both times I turned to Auto Glass Express and received excellent customer service and quality product satisfaction with dealership approved parts. Even though they are 45 minutes away, I'd rather drive there once and know they will perform an excellent job than deal with the unprofessional debacles I endured at the Waldorf Safelite.
