Not sure what has happened to this place. The merchandise being offered has dwindled to a trickle. Lots of clothing, but little else to offer. They have display cases with practically nothing to offer, such as the jewelry case. Empty hard goods shelves, such as electronics and brick & brack. Shoe racks are at least half empty. Very depressing in terms of shopability. Like all of the thrift stores in Waldorf, they have surpassed going downhill.

The micro transgressions from some of the staff here are unreal. If you are white or Hispanic, I recommend setting low expectations for how you will be treated at this store. Expect to hold up each item and show the cashier the price, expect to bag everything yourself, expect to not have any questions answered. Not all of the staff treat others like this, and one gentleman was very kind and went out of his way to help after seeing how we were treated. However, your experience will depend on how biased the person is who you are working with.

I've been to this location twice and have yet to make a purchase. I did get a few pics of some items that I found interesting/cute. This is definitely a "no frills" thrift store, so you have to do some digging to find any gems. It's clean, organized and spacious, so that shouldn't be an issue -- if you have time.Maybe one of these days I'll actually buy something...__I thrift. @DCthriftish I eat. @f.hux

The newer male cashier needs to be retrained so that he would not command or demand customers to do his job. All he needed to ask was would you mind taking a hanger off of your purchasing jackets. Please do not demand customers to do your job again. They used to have friendly female cashier's, but they are no longer there. Prices on donated merchandise is outrageous.

Failure to pick up scheduled pick-up. No call or follow-up. 7 bags of items were labeled and put in front of garage. Unfortunately, a severe rain storm happened, and all bags were soaked. Bags contained new and expensive items. I will never scheduled a pick-up with Salvation Army again.

Harold answered the phone. He was rude and poorly informed. His attitude is why I won't be purchasing from this store. Let pleasant people answer the phone.

I am always happy to donate here. Whether through pick-up or drop-off, the workers are very polite, friendly, and timely. I appreciate the ease of scheduling and maintaining pick-ups.

I cannot shop here anymore. I used to love the Salvation Army but they changed their store format by separating their clothes all by color now not size! So even if you find a color you like the sizes are all mixed up.

Not sure what happened at this store but prices are ridiculous. Used woman’s bathrobes were $12.99 to $14.99. Moved on to women’s blouses - $14.99! These weren’t even name brands.
