I am a plus member have been for years but very disappointed and frustrated at the products and services rendered. I assume they've changed management because they've gone to the dogs. They have molded fruit mixed in with the new, they hardly ever have milk, they are down to only selling one type of eggs and other items to try and force you to buy things/brands you're not accustomed to or don't like. They also mix old hamburger with fresh hamburger. Obviously they leave frozen food out too long when stocking because I purchased something frozen, cooked, ate, and became sick directly afterward. In addition, when you try to ask questions from management and staff, they act like you're getting on their nerves and don't want to be bothered. Customer service sucks. Tired of the shanagans and disrespect, so now my major shopping is at BJs, I only go to Sam's occasionally when I don't feel like going the extra distance, but wind up having to go anyway because Sam's never have milk these days. They keep raising prices but the quality of products are going downhill. Due to these experiences, I plan to either cancel or downgrade my membership when time to renew. Instead of getting better food and service, it's getting worse and I'm tired of dealing with it as a senior citizen.

Went to Sam's for coffee and ended up with PJ's for our annual family Christmas picture! Lol!Let's face it. If you go into Sam's you will need to open up your purse and give a few extra coins because they have such a wide variety of things available. Not only are their things you would find in a grocery store but there are fresh flowers, furniture, tires and clothes too.I also love their convenient prepared foods. I usually grab a rotisserie chicken with a salad for a quick Friday night dinner. I will say this is the first time I did have to wait in line for it. But it wasn't too long.Of course there is a annual membership fee but I always find a good deal on Groupon.I love Sam's but I have to limit my trips because I always spend way over my budget(in a good way)

I get gas here, just a little slow with pumping. Employees are nice and helpful on the inside of the store, too.

Usually, I never have a problem with this place. Today, we bought one of the already cooked rotisserie chickens. When we got home and cut into it, it was still significantly pink and cool to the touch. When I bought the chicken, the heating lamps definitely made the plastic serving dish feel hot and the outside looked done. However, if anyone had bothered to temp it out, there is no way it would have hit 165. We ended up having to cook it in the oven for 45 extra minutes to ensure it got done.

First KUDOS ... this location is closer than Costco for us. We received great customer service and this location was clean, orderly, and organized. Finally, we were able to get in/out with no crazy long lines, confusion or hassle.

I was particularly impressed with the way the lines for gas were setup to enter and exit. All too often there is an issue with patrons entering in the wrong direction even when it is clearly marked the proper way to enter and exit. Kudos to management or the team member (s) in setting this system up.

Went in to shop at 7:30 and was out before closing time at 8:00. However, after loading my groceries and looking at my receipt I was trying to walk back in about one minute to closing. The doors were already closed and I tried to get the price adjusted because that would be their fault. Was told no and come back tomorrow. Really? Your the one with the faulty pricing and now I have to waste time and gas money to get it corrected? How is that good customer service and being responsible? I can see you turning me away if I was trying to come in and shop, but that was not the case.

Went to get a physical card and leaving the store I decided to get gas around 1045. Sitting in the line a customer in a black Tahoe with Virginia plates almost hits my car, then proceeds to get mad at me and yell obscenities all so he can drive around me to a pump that his buddy who is a gas station employee was standing at so he can swipe his employee card and giggle with his friend. Then the entire time said employee began to hassle me. I have a Costco elite card and bjs+ membership I didn’t come to be disrespected by the Walmart of wholesalers!
