Ok but not thorough
My car is still making the noise it was when I 1st took it to them.
Even after playing the video to them , my car was returned to me with the same noise.
Am reporting them to the Maryland insurance administration for a hearing, them and Geico

Called to go get a estimate on my truck they asked me what insurance am I going to use and i said if I was using insurance it would be this company but they said to get a estimate if not then I wanted to pay cash they don’t accept out of pocket so they can’t do it…wow so if insurance not paying for it or if they don’t come out to you that you can get any work done here what a rip off

Great customer service and professional work. Brian kept me updated throughout the process and even checked on me since I was in the hospital while my car was being repaired. Receptionist was also very courteous and helpful throughout the process, helping me with the rental car.

The service was well organized from the estimate process through repairs. I was kept informed through the repair process. They contacted the rental company to pick me up at drop time. Even cleaned and washed my car afterwards. Service with a smile.
