I had a beautiful experience at the sleep number store in Waldorf. Salesman was very helpful, patient and friendly especially to my two elderly parents.

My husband and I were not a fan of the sleep number. It’s basically an over priced air mattress, and caused our back pain to worsen after almost 2 months of sleeping on it. However, if you are set on trying it for yourself just be sure NOT TO BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. We weren’t given the right information regarding the refund process, and it ended up costing us $3,000. When we tried to have them make it right, we were basically met with “oh well.”Edited to add response to owner: would have been nice to have been told that up front. Too late now as we have already purchased the expensive base that cannot be returned…which we were under the impression it could be returned.

WOW, what an experience testing out those sleep number beds; each bed felt like it hugged your body in comfort and I literally drifted off into a sleep! Martin showed knowledge and was very thorough about introducing the beds, their functions and options for purchasing. I can't wait until I get mine

I give them a 3.5. Staff is knowledgeable, however, getting an appointment to see them is challenging as they spend a lot of time with each customer. That means store walkins aren’t very successful especially When there’s only one employee in the store. their sales are continuous and essentially mix up the offerings for the end cost to you being pretty consistent and you will end up paying more than you plan for by the time you have to add in all the other things. They do not give military discount which was a disappointment. However, the overall post purchase reviews seem to be consistently high so what You pay still makes it a good purchase over classic mattresses, especially if you have a bad back.

Our sales rep, Martin, did an OUTSTANDING job working with us. Unbeknownst to us we came in close to the stores closing time and Martin stayed late with us while we selected our bed and processed the paper work. No pressure either! The other associates, Andre and Justin, were also very helpful and friendly. An excellent experience!

Store employees aren’t the problem. Sleep numbers process for buying a pillow would lead you to believe your signing paperwork to buy a new car or new home. Didn’t expect to spend 30 minutes buying a pillow. It’s easier to just buy online.

My room mate ordered a bed a month ago. Changed the address. Was supposed to be delivered today. They still had the old address and now are refusing to change it saying it too far away. It’s a 15 minute difference at best. For rude with her on the phone too. Would not recommend. She even physically went into the store to change this and it was even shown to her with the correct address. No reason for this to happen. Communication in that store in non-existent.
