Went in an hour prior to closing, and it got busy really fast after I arrived. Though they were busy, the printing staff, Ty, was polite, calm, and VERY helpful during the rush. He worked diligently while multitasking. Despite the low rating, I enjoyed my experience at this Staples. Dont expect to get in and get out unless you order before 12p. You can get your order the same day.

Waited 15 minutes for help getting a chair from the back. Got no help even after asking the manager.

Left waiting at the counter 5-7 min while employees joked about not wanting to help. When help arrived she was actually ruder than the first two employees. I get better service in worse neighborhood staples.

Staff is very friendly and professional. I went in for some Amazon returns which took longer than it should, so I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise great experience!

Ms. Keisha Dickerson was excellent! She was personable and worked quickly despite her and the team having multiple print jobs to complete before the end of their shift. While waiting for my printing job to finish, I observed that her team were very patient and helpful with the other customers.

Yesterday, I showed up with an urgent print request for my daughter's graduation. I needed a display poster by 1p...which could be used at her ceremony at 4p. Thanks be to God, I was served by Dre. Though he was working on his own, he was patient in helping me navigate the ordering process and even allowed me to change my order after it had been placed. In the end, Dre delivered my product an hour ahead of schedule...in good order. Outstanding.

Terrible customer service. My 71 year old father needed to make a copy. He asked for assistance with the copier and the workers at the store wouldn’t help him. He spent $5.21 for a blank paper and couldn’t even get what he needed because none of the store employees would help. Ridiculous

Brianna from the printing & marketing department went WAY above and beyond to help me with my sign. It shipped with no instructions of assembly and she so diligently worked to figure it out with me. I lost patience hours ago with this sign lol so her determination really did save the day! Thank you Brianna!!!

Kecia , Tyyyan and Khadija ( from the print department) were the best , they helped me with my Honor Roll stuff … they are the best. Best customer service ever.

The Print and Copy Section is an absolute MESS. They don’t even have the basics. Available pens, white out, paper clips, cleanliness, or even pricing for the job that customers are completing. The management and supervision for the Print and Marketing Department has gone All the way down including the customer service.

DO NOT COME TO THE STAPLES IN WALDORF, MD FOR YOUR PRINTING!I went to Staples to have programs printed for my father's funeral. When I picked up the programs the next day, I looked a the first 10-15 programs and they all had smudges or spots on them. As I began discussing and showing Kadisha who is the District Manager, my concerns, she immediately interrupted me and said there was nothing they could do about that. Due to the large number of copies and ink that is being used, the ink began to run and the glossy paper is what causes the smudges and spots. She mentioned to a staff member that I am complaining about these little small things on the programs. She turned to me and said we do not see things like this when we print jobs. I told her I would be embarrassed to give someone a program that looked like this. As I was telling her that I came to a professional printing company because I expected excellence, she started raising her voice and talking over me again, telling me that they do these types of programs all the time. No one else has ever complained and that I was being particular. I asked her to stop talking over me and let me finish talking, but she continued talking. She said the only thing she can do is to reprint the programs on regular paper or give me a refund. I asked her to print one program using the regular paper so I could see how it looked and there were smudges on one page from the ink. She ran another copy and it looked fine. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated by Kadisha. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She consistently raised her voice at me and interrupted me when I tried to speak. She made me feel as if my concerns were not warranted, and I was just being picky. As a result of (1) not receiving a quality product in a timely manner; (2) Kadisha consistently arguing with me, giving me excuses for why the programs printed the way they did; and (3) Kadisha going back and forth with me, pointing out things I saw on the program she said they do not look at, I was late in leaving for my father's funeral. Since Kadisha is the District Manager, and she thinks it's okay to treat customers like this, I have decided not to support Staples again!

No issues at all. Walked in and walked the entire store. Plenty of staff asked if I needed help. Cashier was friendly.

I visited the Print and Copy Center on 4 separate occasions to determine what style of Memorial Cards my family wanted for my Father's Funeral Service. On each occasion DeAndre, Keisha and Brian did not hesitate to assist. During what I would describe as the most difficult time in my life, they were instrumental in assisting me with patience and care. I cannot thank you all enough!!

I love the service that I’m given every time I need to stop in. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly, and don’t make you feel d*** when you don’t know something. Two thumbs up. ????

They get one star because you can't give them 0. They don't seem to care. They had someone who did and they let him go. The executives don't really care about customer service.
