Order a drink watched several orders go out before my order. An employee that orders after my order received her drink first. The attitude that has become a part of the Starbucks culture has nothing to do with the consumer. As a customer we are not accountable or responsible for wages or work place issues or employee dissatisfaction. It highly frustrating when you spend 7 bucks a drink and treated as if you are disposable or irrelevant as a consumer. I asked for a refund and left. This would of been my first time trying to work and eat in a starbucks never again.

We got the Iced Starbucks Blonde Vanilla Latte and the tomato Mozzarella sandwich. Both were delicious and perfectly prepared. We normally do a mobile order and pick up via the drive through, it was seamless!

I rarely ever go to Starbucks but the few times I go, I always make sure I’m in this location’s area. Every time I’ve been here, the baristas have been so courteous and warm even when the store is busy. Unfortunately, a lot of customers seem very demanding and entitled and I have a lot of compassion for the workers at this location for always keeping their composure when confronted by rude patrons. I have always been pleased with my order and on the rare instances when something is wrong, they are always willing to remake my drink/order.

It looks like they smashed my sandwich, their service it’s very slow, lady at the windows acts like she don’t know her job? she has either charged me for the wrong order, and give you the wrong drink.

Service is not very good. Quite rude employee (lady with blue hair ) And their drinks aren’t much better. My drink tasted like a milk carton, and I waited 10 minutes for a cookie that I witnessed be made 2 minutes after I ordered and placed down on the microwave counter. This was my 5th time coming here and I don’t think I will be returning.

So the building is clean. 1 star for service. I walk in on a Monday morning to grab a coffee and chill out for a bit before work. 3 people in line in front of me. I'm the only one in line who is Caucasian. Now the baristas is nice and friendly with everyone until me. As soon as I'm up to order she doesn't say hello, good morning or otherwise give any pleasantries like she did with the three in front of me. I order a basic coffee and pay. No thank you's or have a nice day. She just walks away. I sit and wait but now I'm curious how she will treat other customers who match my skin color so I wait for my drink and start listening. It ended up being the same for every white person who came in. She was super friendly and nice to black people and icy and unfriendly to every white person that came in. There is a word for that I believe...

Overall, always a wonderful experience here, staff continuously exemplifies fantastic customer service. On the management side of things, your team could greatly benefit from having more staff assist them to push more product out in a faster timeline. More baristas designated to creating drinks/food during peak hours to lift the load off your baristas stationed for order taking.

I normally don't send reviews. But the service here needs much work. The manager there today Sunday September 17th fixed my drink and it was the worst ?

The workers were kind but I waited 10 minutes for a small matcha latte. Won’t be going back.

How can a store be open for less than a year and already need a store action plan? The wait this morning (8/2/23) was ridiculous. The drive thru was packed and there were a good amount of people in the store and I waited over 35 minutes and still didn't get just one cup of coffee. I asked for a receipt so I can come back later on because I refused to wait any longer. Casing point, this is not a grab a coffee real quick and go to work Starbucks. You will sit and wait and wait and wait. Make ya'll coffee from home folks, it's more efficient than coming to this damn place. I won't be ever come here again I can assure you that.

A Starbucks review really hinges on three things, the drink, the people, and the place. This location gets 5 stars for my drink today. Fast delivery to the counter (I always order inside) and it was put together well - tight lid, hot beverage sleeve thingy, and no spills and stuff on the outside of the cup (hate that)The team was working really well together and the short line showed that. Fine job. The barista today was in a zone like he has has 11 shots of espresso. The place is Starbucks standard furniture and fixtures and they have nice outside seating here. It was a bit hot out there today, so the AC was a welcome option.Very well done here today SBX. thanks.Parking: Accessibility is not an issue here at all.

I have gone to this location almost daily since they opened, I always utilize the drive through and the normal DT staff are amazing (particularly Maria and Eden). I order the same thing each morning (2 venti mango dragon fruit refreshers, no inclusion, no ice, w/lemonade- as I do not drink them immediately and don't want them watered down when I do). My order Saturday was a tad wrong (they added ice), I sent it back and mistakenly I'm sure it was filled with water. I called back and spoke with a very nice rep (turns out it was Rachel, a manager). She apologized and asked my name and told me to let them know about the mishap on my next visit. I went to the location today and as I began telling the DT attendee my name and issue, I was rudely cut off. She then asked me who had spoken to on Saturday, I informed her that I could not remember. She then preceded to tell me that my drink was filled with water due to a "new rule" that stated that when you request no ice they fill it with water. This made no sense to me as it completely alters the taste of the beverage if you order juice instead. She then told me that I would have to pay extra for not having ice (rudely may I add). I then told her that she was being very rude and that I didn't mind paying for the item since it seemed to be a big deal. I assumed that she'd placed my order as it was on the screen, but when I drove around the lady at the window said that it had not been placed. I thanked her and called the store. I was called back by Rachel, who stated that she remembered speaking to me Saturday and that she was sure the attendee didn't mean to be rude. She told me that I was welcomed to come back and she would ensure that the drink was covered. After a few strokes on google I found out that the attendee lied and that Starbucks has not implemented a policy that states that if you do not want ice or you want "light ice" that you would be charged an extra fee or it had to be filled with water. What I found instead is that you are already charged extra for juice opposed to WATER (not ice as there is no difference in payment for ice, no ice, or light ice and the policy definitely isn't to fill the cup with water opposed to juice when those things are requested) when you request juice in the refresher drinks. So on top of her being extremely rude, she was also extremely wrong in her interpretation to Starbuck's policy. It seems as if she needs to brush up on the actual policy and allow customers to speak before rudely cutting them off. Note... even after she was considerably rude to me for a minute and a half, I never raised my voice or spoke down to her. I remained professional the entire time. apnews.com/article/fact-…
