For all my acrylic girls DO NOTTTTT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!! I have been getting my nails done for over 10years and have never had such a terrible experience and nail set. By looking at the reviews it Seems like HENRYYY doesn’t give AF about how your nails will turn out!! anyone knows when you get a fill in the acrylic is suppose to go over the entire nail, well I noticed he only put it at the bottom cause the top half of my nail to be fragile.. leading it to break less than 24hrs. And no I didn’t say anything at the time because he is supposed to be the “professional” so I called the next morning to ask to get it fixed and the lady booked me an appt with him.. he was SO rude and acted like he did not want to fix and and said it was my fault my nail broke.. mind you I did not do hardly anything the rest of that day to cause my nail to break and even if I did my nails shouldn’t be that fragile to break my nails typically will last up to 3 weeks without ANY breaking but then I come here and a nail breaks less than 10 hrs ??? Make it make sense!!on top of that I originally wanted a French manicure but that didn’t happen because you could literally see my real nail growth thru the acrylic.. which has never happen to me before!!!! So then I felt like I had to settle for some design he came up with from the spot!! Just all and all terrible experience fROM HENRY !! Do not waste your time and money!!!!!!!

I was in the area of Waldorf first nail salon closed. Then tried this one very great service. I got my nails done first by GiGi. Then made an appointment for a deep tissue massage. I was nervous being my first time. Vinny was great with massages. This was a birthday treat to myself. I be getting more services next month.

I’ve been going to this salon for 5 years. Today I had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. They are already pricey but when they wanted to charge $20 per nail for a design, I lost it. I kindly got up but the manager felt the need to be rude so guess someone else will be getting the $300+ dollars I spend per month on my services. I highly suggest you go somewhere else to get your nails done. There are plenty places in the nail game. Better designs and certainly better prices. I guess they don’t give a rats behind about repeat customers! Do better, go somewhere else.Services: Foot massages

Today is Monday July 24, 2023 and I went to Golden nail and spa Saturday, July 22, 2023. I was appaud by the unprofessional service I received from my nail tech. Her name is Tiffany. She totally disregarded how I wanted my nails and shaped and powdered them when I was not happy about the work and refused to pay they threaten to call the police. They then overcharged me by over $90.AVOID TIFFANY! I honestly don't have a problem with my pedicure so thank you to the person who did them. When I first walked in the manager seemed to ask 2 of the male nail techs to take me and they refused. Not sure if it's because I was a black man and by the time they found somebody to take me (it wasn't busy) the service was terrible and that person who begrudgingly did my nails was TIFFANY.Services: Pedicure

My original plan was to get a full set and pedi but I ended up changing my mind and called ahead to change to just a pedicure. Stella had theeee worst attitude ever when I arrived and didn’t even speak. She didn’t put anything in my water and barely scrubbed my feet. Her entire demeanor was off. Never again.

Kathy did my pedicure yesterday and she did an amazing job with every step of doing the pedicure. She took her time and gave an amazing foot/ leg massage and it was so relaxing. My polish looks super good and I'm very happy with my experience. Will be coming back to this place again.

Avoid the hassle if you can. They’ll just take your money even if you’re unsatisfied and refuse to fix their mistake. I visited this salon after coming across one of their nail techs work on IG. I called prior to going to the salon to see if the gentleman was available but he wasn’t. I let the young lady on the phone know that I’d never visited the salon before but was looking for a tech really skilled with nail art. She assured me that everyone in the shop was pretty skilled in that area and that she was sure someone could produce the work I was looking for. When I arrived I was sure to let the young lady at the desk know about the conversation I’d had on the phone prior and that I was looking for a tech good with nail art. Now mind you I went in for a soak off and full set because I’ve had this current set on for some time. Henry , whom is the tech I was assigned , asked me why did I wanted my nails soaked off and advised me that they still looked good and to only get a fill. I showed Henry an inspiration picture to give Henry an idea of what type of design I wanted. Well what they failed to mention was Henry doesn’t know how to do any nail art and only knew how to use foil. I was charged $100 as if I had 10 nail designs and walked out the salon with foil and chrome polish. I had a date that evening so had no time to wait for Henry to fix my nails as I was already behind from trying to coach Henry on how to style my hands.When I returned the very next day and explained the situation they looked at me like I was crazy when i asked for my nails to be fixed. Fast forward a total of 5 days after my fill in, my foil had peeled off some nails , I’ve lost stones and only after 5 days my acrylic had grown out and I am In need of a fill in already. I called AGAIN to explain what was happening, the young lady took my name and number and said that somebody would reach out for me to send pictures and we would go from there. They didn’t even have enough respect for me as a customer to even reach out for images to see how my nails looked. Overall I was taken advantage of and it’s unacceptableServices: Acrylic nails

Let me just say the pedicure was wonderful. Kathy did an amazing job. When it came time removal of my acrylic nails and then manicure , TERRIBLE. The tech came talked me into getting the dipping powder which was good , okay. I specifically said manicure. She then proceeds to start dipping my nails. I tell her to stop because i asked for a manicure. She says i can do the manicure after the powder . “Huh???!!!!” I said no that’s not how we’re going to do this. This doesn’t make sense. She gets mad (from my perspective ) and never returns. I was then asked to move to another tech. He starts to complete the manicure. He does not clean the nails he does not follow the usual steps. These were different steps that i was not use to and clearly not the right steps. I told the manager. Nothing was done i just left and will not return. But thank you KATHY for the wonderful pedicure. Oh did i mention the tech tapped my hands like i was a child to get my attention. I thought i was being punked.

On Tuesday, March 21, 2023 my wife and I went to get our manicure and pedicures to prepare for our trip out of town the next day. As soon as we walked in, the tecnician who helped my wife was very irritable, short and unwelcoming as if we had done something personal to her, she wouldn't even look my way. We had never met her, however, it was late and we needed the work done. As she began my wife's pedicure, she seemed to rush as if she wanted to get us out of there, she didn't even offer the drinks or fruit that usually come with the service. My wife had to ask for it, which isn't normal. The lady who assisted me was kind, for awhile, and she to became short, quiet and disinterested. The next day, after just a few hours of being at our destination in another country, my wife realized that both her finger nails and toe nails paint was chipping terribly. We attempted to call the salon, however, the service in that country would not let us call. By the Thursday of that week most of her nails needed to be repainted and she was so distraught as she had to redo them herself, they were unsightly, and that service is not cheap. Fast forward to the next week, she calls a technician who is her long time eyebrow designer, and also owner, and he asks her why is he telling her this today when it happened last week. She reiterated that she was out of the country, however she was not trying to get her money back or anything, just wanted to let him know she was disappointed in the service and that was unacceptable by the tech who did her nails. He was still very short and seemingly unconcerned. Needless to say, neither of us will be back and it's unfortunate for their business because we are very loyal, however, we will find new nail techs. They are taking money out of their own business, when all my wife wanted was to get assurances that that wouldn't happen again. Of course I will not recommend and the other reviews seem to back that up.Services: Pedicure

I've been going to The Golden Lounge Nails Salon & Spa for many years, so I'm extremely disappointed that I have to write this review. I went in last Tuesday, March 21st for a basic manicure/pedicure & the nail tech rushed throughout both. She wasn't wearing a name tag, so I didn't catch her name. Since it was after 5pm, and I was due to travel the next morning, I didn't make a fuss. The tech left immediately after doing my nails, so it's possible she had somewhere to be. Unfortunately, my finger nail polish began to peel off terribly the very next day, Wednesday, March 22nd. I wasn't able to call or go in person to have it corrected, because I was going out of the country that morning. My biggest issue isn't that all of the polish was nearly off less than 24hrs later... I didn't appreciate the response of the owner, Nino. I explained that I just returned from out of the country & wanted to make him aware of the situation. He was extremely defensive and dismissive as I attempted to explain. Once I said "I didn’t call requesting a refund or another manicure. I simply wanted to share my experience with you. I've been coming here for years, and this is the first time this has happened, so I wanted to make you aware. That is it." Then he calmed a bit and took the time to actually listen. He then said "Well, sorry about that. You need to tell the front desk right away the next time, if you feel they're rushing". This would've been a totally different experience if he led with "I apologize for your experience. Please let the front desk know the next time you feel rushed, so we can address it immediately". That would've been much better than constantly talking over me and saying things like "Why are you calling here now?" "If you say you've been coming here for years. Who is your tech?"etc... The latest reviews are showing an unfortunate trend.
