Took our deposit and never contacted us again. Many attempts to speak to Ms. Keisha about enrollment and continued to be redirected, ignored, and dismissed. Seemed like a great school, so it was disappointing to realize they're only about money. Not a good experience for first time parents.

My 7 month old daughter has been going to TLE in Waldorf for the past two months and it’s one of the best decisions I made for my daughter. Ms. Michelle and Ms. FeFe are so caring and loving to my daughter. Being a working and first time Mom, it was important that I place my daughter in a center that will make me feel comfortable and both Ms. Michelle and. Ms. FeFe has surpass my expectation. They are both knowledgeable, supportive and caring. Even the center administrative staff; Director Ms. Latoya, Administrative Assistant Ms. Micole and Finance Officer Ms. Kecia are so helpful and resourceful. And not to mention Ms. Shantel my daughter‘s after school teacher, she is such an angel, she’s so patient with my baby and the rest of the kids. I’m so thankful I chose TLE.

We’ve had a wonderful experience at The Learning Experience. Our son is 21 months old and currently in the Toddler room with Ms. Robin, Ms. Brittany, and Ms. Hamida — all of whom are incredibly kind, attentive, and dedicated to the kids’ growth and development. Before he moved into the Toddler room, we also had a wonderful experience with his infant room teachers, Ms Michele and Ms Fifi, who are exceptionally caring and knowledgeable when it comes to babies.
The teachers at TLE don’t just passively supervise; they actively teach and engage with the children, following a curriculum that includes activities like science experiments, art, circle time, outdoor play, etc. Since starting at TLE, and especially in the Toddler room, our son’s speech and language skills have progressed significantly and it seems like almost every day he comes home saying a new word.
They make safety and cleanliness a priority, and the staff consistently maintain in-room ratios and strict hygiene standards. The toys are rotated regularly, so there are always fresh and interesting things to play with in each classroom.
The entire daycare is well-organized and communicative, and all the teachers — even those outside his classroom — know my son by name. As first-time parents we were really nervous about sending our son to daycare, but when we drop him off every morning we know he’s in great hands. We’re so grateful for the love and structure TLE provides and would absolutely recommend it to other families.

I would definitely recommend TLE Waldorf for childcare. I have worked at this center for 3 years now and it’s been the best learning experience for me. The upfront staff is so welcoming and the staff members know the definition of teamwork. It makes my morning everyday to know i get to shape the minds of each child in my care. #TLESTRONG

The Learning Experience Waldorf has provided an exceptional experience for both my niece and nephew. From the warm greetings to the prompt responses to any concerns, the director and staff go above and beyond. It’s rare to find a center where the director is not only on-site but actively involved—whether in the classrooms or walking through the halls to check on the staff.
I highly recommend TLE Waldorf. The teachers genuinely care, and I recognize how challenging their job must be. Managing, educating, and ensuring that each child meets developmental milestones while monitoring every scratch and bump for a group of 20 children is no easy task.
Thank you for all that you do. You are truly amazing!

I couldn’t be happier with the care my 3-year-old son has received at The Learning Experience. He started attending recently, and the progress he’s made in just a short time is noticeable. The staff is warm, welcoming & professional.
From what I seen, it seems like the activities are engaging, educational, and fun—perfect for his age group! It’s clear the curriculum is thoughtfully designed to help children grow academically and socially.
We are a military family and they helped us through the whole process of trying to get the military subsidy situated. I appreciate the fact that they were very knowledgeable and helpful through this whole process and patient as we kept pushing our son’s start date back to make sure the military subsidy was approved before we begin.
If I had to say something that could use improvement and this is a stretch here, they did tell me that they would be taken more pictures of my son throughout the day, I have received some, but not as many as I thought I would have received, but nonetheless, I do appreciate the pictures they send!
I highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a caring and stimulating environment for their child!

It’s a great experience working here and the center director is awesome staff are very well trained and insightful and in my opinion your child would get the best care the staff makes all of the children feel safe and comfortable so if your looking for quality child care feel free to contact us 😊

TLE Waldorf is the best. My child has attended here for 3 years and the staff and curriculum are amazing. My child has amazing speech and intellectual ability in which I credit to the wonderful partnership with this center. Ms. Daziya and Ms. Kaysha are passionate teachers that take time to communicate with parents about their child’s progress. They pay attention to each child individually to pinpoint their strengths and weaknesses to help them grow. I could not have asked for a better place to help my child grow and develop.

Hands down the worst daycare for price in Waldorf area. High teacher turnover. Minimal certificate requirements of teachers. Quarterly increases in tuition. NO LIVE VIDEO OF CLASSES. No summer field trips. No significant improvements to building. Yet they charge one of the highest daycare tuitions in the area.In addition to the poor financial situation they have no protocol in place for bullying. When your child is assaulted in the school all that happens is they “look into it”. Even after multiple instances and written documentation of incidents nothing will be done to ensure the safety of your child. You’ll get a paper saying another kid is continuing to harm your child. That’s all.Between all my kids I’ve been we’ve Childtime family, a kindercare family, and TLE family. TLE is HANDS DOWN the worst of all listed.

This center director and assistant director is unprofessional, they talk about their own employees & expect us to believe they is the right fit for our children. The communication is terrible here at this center and they move the teachers around to much and don’t even warn us . This center has to do better

I was initially impressed with the level of care and quality of education provided until a change in management. The owner of this location seems to be removed from the core of the services provided and changes staff--great staff at whim. This stated, the environment is chaotic and unpredictable. I'm not certain I'd recommend this establishment for anyone growing a young mind.
