they mark up the eyce bongs $20 .the bong leaks. they won't refund. the company Eyce won't answer the phone. says only returns on online purchases.

MAAAN where do I start??!! The customer service was phenomenal, the young man who helped me was very informative and answered every single question I had, though i had plenty of them. Very friendly, This place is clean, has quality items and quality service and honestly you couldn’t ask for more.. I felt like a kid in a candy store!!! they are only getting five stars because I can’t offer more. Customer for life..

Found this place while trying to find a quality spot that sells everything I need for a reasonable price. The gentleman I met today, Larry, who assisted me was awesome! He was helpful and answered all my questions. He took the time to explain how to use my product, and provided excellent customer service! I will definitely be a returning customer!!

Today I took a chance and was not disappointed at all! I had recently acquired a hookah and had no clue how to put it together. I stumbled upon Tobacco Variety and from the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with quality customer service from the owner himself! He took the time to walk me through the process and offered excellent suggestions for what else was needed. Did I mention Tobacco Variety is black-owned - definitely check them out for all your hookah needs.
