My daughter and I went to get a manicure last weekend (Saturday) My nail tech did not push my cuticle back, then when I got home realized my thumbs were not dry underneath the top coat. Went back the next day to get it fixed. Another nail tech worked on my thumbs and blamed me for it not being dry, saying my thumbs were turned wrong. (Even though the sides were dry) Then she left to coat and color on my skin. Today (Wednesday) they have already started chipping. Paid $50 for gel polish and a heart on each ring finger. Way over priced for the lack of quality. My daughter's nails have already peeled off of one hand. Not something we should be seeing after 4 days. Would not recommend this place.

I found Top Nails a few months ago and reserved my review until at least 3 service visits. I am now on my fourth visit for nail service and each time have had a great experience here. I love that they service by appointment only. The shop is clean, quiet and I always leave with my nails looking amazing and they last 3+ weeks without chipping, peeling, etc. I've received multiple compliments on my nails and have even referred a friend and my daughter who love it as well.

Don't come here!
The service is OK but they are short staffed and will double book and then cancel your appointment to make room for more appointments. Me and my wife are regular clients and when I went it today for my appointment scheduled on Aug.1st, they told me that I called into cancel. I asked her what was the number that called in to cancel and she wouldn't tell me. I showed her my call log to let her know that I didn't cancel. And why would I cancel and then come as scheduled. This is the second time that something happened like this because they double book but this was the first time that the owner blatantly LIED saying that I called to cancel. Of course they couldn't service us because they only have 3 workers. Just lost 2 customers. SAVE YOUR TIME!!!!

Does not say appointment only. So make sure you make an appointment or you will waste your time and money coming here for no reason.

Nice clean and quiet. I go to wax my brows. They always do a great job. The flavor of the food is amazing!

Okay so I went here for the first Time nice place . How ever $60 for my Gel pedicure to only last a week is freaking ridiculous ? ?!! Sorry but I won't be back here again!

Lowered review: Nails not cleaned underneath, no lotion applied, color choice was a gel color but no suggestion for nongel match - used to get thus type treatment before so disappointed & may look around!

They are rushing to get people in and out so they do not do a good job at painting the nail properly. My issue is, when you apply gel you have to go back with a brush and clean the excess or when it grown out it will easily pill off. And the finish product does not look like it’s done professionally. So save your money and not go at this place.I regret not going to my favorite nail tech in Virginia.. I was in a rush so hoping to get somewhat similar results.Picture is the next day.. horrible and 4 days later gel chippedServices: Pedicure

Leo did an awesome job on fixing my nails after another salon didn’t do well at all. And the gel finish was more than I expected. This was my first time going and now I have a new nail place. And we didn’t have to wait long at all.Service: Acrylic nails
