This place is very clean! I came in the office to ask what the two months free special is all about and the gentleman was very knowledgeable. When I am ready to store my items I will be back for sure!

BUYER BEWARE... DON'T RENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IMMEDIATE RATE INCREASES.
This place on the surface will meet all your needs like; 24/7 secure access, power outlets inside units, clean, and (with the exception of one), the staff are professional and friendly.... but the PRICE you see is just to get your business... 5 days ago I received an email from them attempting to justify a rate increase in September which will make only 5 months that I've been here. WOW!!!!
🗣🗣VOICE/POST YOUR ISSUES WITH PLACES LIKE THIS, SO THAT SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES STOP HAPPENING.

Robert took very care by answering my questions regarding my storage unit for the summer as school will officially be over in 14 days. He took the time to show me various units available based on my needs and preferences. The facility was very clean with a mini beverage bar. Mike and Robert offer great customer service. I definitely recommend this location for taking care of your storage needs.

I think this is the best storage in the area for the following reasons: 24/7 secure access, power outlets for inside units, clean, reasonable pricing.
Why not five stars? Because I feel like the convos I have with staff are not heard, they just want . For example, I complained the door was always broken. They said it wasn't broken but offtrack. When I go to my unit less than 12 hours later the door is still inoperable but with a sign that says the door is broken. Why did they deny it previously? Well, they claimed it broke after we spoke. But my complaint that it is constantly broken, and after having a contentious convo they did finally get the door fixed (and it has stayed that way).
Also, they paid people for 5 star reviews last July/August which is why all the five star reviews showed up then. It feels dishonest.

Her customer service is magnificent. She takes the time to help the customer with all the pressures of moving and she deserves a raise.

Did the rental of our storage unit on line. It went smoothly. The entire staff has been friendly and helpful. All areas are clean and secure. Feel safe when on site. Do have a in door conditioned unit but it does stay hot 80degrees+?
