Bought a pre-owned vehicle and within the first month it had problems from the previous owner...This dealer does not look into their inventory before selling it. They sell preowned vehicles, as is with mechanical issues and refuse to work with their customers. Horrible customer service, they just want their money.

Horrible customer service!!! We came here a few months ago and simply wanted to look at the new Sequoia and price them. They had one that had just arrived but it was a pre order for another customer. It's ok we didn't want to drive it just look inside to see how roomy it was. Only the front doors unlocked and we really wanted to see the trunk room but the sales employee was too damn lazy telling us the Service Department had the keys and we are looking at him like ok are you gonna get them? Ok so then the employee tried his best to get us to put a deposit on a new truck and we are like wait you wont even let us see the trunk why would we put a deposit on? He proceeded to tell us they only got Orders in and it was rare to have one for us to just see. Ok whatever my biggest mistake was giving him my phone number. This guy starts calling me telling me he has a Highlander that would be perfect for my family. Needless to say I blocked this fool after his last call telling me the truck we saw fell through on the contract and he now could let us see the trunk. Like no man just no. We went to Prince Frederick Toyota and Jason went over and above on customer service. He explained everything and then some and let us see any and everything we wanted to. What's sad is the GM for Toyota in Waldorf was there and asked what they could do for us to purchase from them. We told him all we wanted to do was see the trunk. Not even he made the effort. This goes to show if you don't have good customer service skills you won't get the customers.

I made an appointment for my father's vehicle last Saturday when I called in the morning to ask if they have any walk in oil changes times available. The lady said no they do not but scheduled me for the next Saturday at 730am. I arrive at 730am and drop off my vehicle. I went for a walk and returned. I saw they called me and went to ask what was wrong. The lady I dropped my dad's suv off with said we do not have an appointment. I showed her exactly where I called in my phone log last week, just as my father asked me to. But she said she cannot do anything without a email confirmation. That's great and all for people who have email but this is my father's vehicle. He is elderly and disabled and can no longer drive so I must drive him everywhere and he has no email address. He has never used a email in his life. He has never sent or received a text in his life. It is tragic that you discriminate against elderly people who do not use technology. I will never come to this toyota dealership again. I would rather drive to any other toyota dealership up to 3 hours away than to deal with Waldorf toyota. It is a shame that you discriminate against my father in such a way. I will be filing a claim with the BBB as well in regards to you blatant disregard for elderly people.

Lenyk and Jesus were amazing throughout the process. My daughter was in an accident and we had to get her into another vehicle quickly. They listened to all of our concerns and requested and we were in a car within a week! The day of the purchase, we were out of there within an hour, which was very important with our schedules. We are extremely pleased with the service and the vehicle overall. Lenyk is an expert in her area for sure and I would definitely recommend anyone to her!

I financed a 2020 Toyota Corolla with an excellent interest rate here. I was very pleased with the customer service and assistance during the sale. However 6 days after purchase my brand new car was shot while parked and was inoperable before I could even driving! Having issues with my primary insurance this was the most devastating thing that could've happened to me. I also still was on the hook for a down payment. It was quite the battle but John Cooper never gave up! He worked with me to alleviate some of the financial burden and I am forever appreciative of that. Sometimes life happens and it was very nice to have a human interaction that was compassionate and considerate of this fact. Thanks John!

I am a 3 time returning customer so that says a lot about their customer service. Seneca was easy to work with, very accommodating, and my overall experience was 5 star!!

We have shop for cars in many places but Waldorf, Toyota is the best new/used car experience we’ve ever had. The sales person Lenyk did everything possible for us to get a great deal, her knowledge and customer service definitely a 10/10. We recommend waldorf Toyota to anyone looking to buy and trade your vehicle.

Poor customer service, poor lack of communication, dishonest-shady business practices, unreliable and dishonest management. I can not recommend this location, I've spent thousands of dollars with this location; I wholeheartedly regret spending one nickel here. My grievance has now escalated into a legal dispute. Please consider spending your money with someone else.

The customer service I received was outstanding. It was my first time experiencing the dealership. My service advisor Marjorie was excellent. She went above and beyond what I would normally expect helping me with my vehicle’s service. Knowing she will be my long term service advisor was the deciding factor in my decision to make Waldorf Toyota my primary automotive service provider.

I inquired online and was assigned Seneca. No firm appointment was made but they said their shift ends at 6pm and to stop by. I show up at 4 pm. No one comes outside to greet me. I walk in and no one greets me. I wander around and the older receptionist finally asked me "what are you looking for?" I asked if Seneca is a available. I mispronounced their name and she looked at me like I am an idiot. She then pages Seneca and someone by the cubicles yells across the store "you lookin for who? Seneca? Who?" still no hello, welcome in, how may I assist you, zero positive energy. They then reveal to me Seneca is picking up a vehicle. I said okay should I come back? The man says "what do you need? You're picking up? Is he expecting you? I told them I came to have my trade in appraised and buy a highlander. I follow them into an office area where two men sit on their phones and looking up Facebook on their company computer. The man that yelled at me proceeded to call Seneca and gave me zero updates other than he needs my car appraised. Keep in mind, still no welcome, no introduction, no level of customer service from anyone. After hanging up the phone he commands me to let him see my keys. What happened to please and thank you? He tells me to sit down and wait while he drives me vehicle to another lot. I try to help him out by showing him where the vehicle is at and I ask how long the appraisal takes. He tells me he has no idea and it's not up to him. I had to rephrase my question and ask if he was new and if not, how long does it usually take. While waiting, I conduct business on my phone and sit at a table. He tosses the keys on the table rather than handing to me. I ask if the appraisal is done. He says I'm not the one that had it and says the appraiser needs more information regarding payoff and walks away. I collect my keys and locate my vehicle only to find they didn't even turn off my car. It was sitting there running ready for someone to steal it. The sales manager comes out in a huff, tells me Seneca might be there in a few minutes and asks questions about my payoff. During my answer they interrupt me repeatedly and tell me I was nasty to the man that was so rude to me. Now they don't want my business and all I wanted was professionalism and a desire to help.

I had to use the Toyota body shop for a paint issue with my brand new vehicle. The vehicle was bought at another dealer. Waldorf service department manager Joe and service tech Ben did a great job. Even though it was stuck there for a month due to parts back ordered. They keep me in the loop and pushed Toyota to finish the repair.Services: Auto body & trim repair

Really nothing good to say. And dealers wonder why there is a trust issue. Lie after lie, from top to bottom. Less than a month and I need brake pads? I will do my best to deter people from giving them any business.Find an honest dealer that will at least stand by their product... and service.

I went to look at a used Prius. Not my thing. We tried to leave. They continued to show us trashy car after trashy car with interior damage they tried to conceal. One car literally had brown duct tape on the driver's side door to conceal that the actual fabric of the car was damaged/ missing. It's one thing to try to get away with selling absolute garbage cars but it's the savage overpricing for me. Nothing under $14,000 unless it was literally falling apart. I got my last Prius at Bill Page Toyota for $6,000 on the spot. Fully paid off. Perfect car. I miss it so much. RIP . The dealership manager literally chased us to our car as we were getting ready to leave begging us to check out more cars. Because I was desperate I settled on a Hyundai Tucson even though I was there for a small car with better gas mileage and the dealer knew that just didn't care. They told me it would be $18,900. After I got through with the Financing my total was over $40,000. At least it drove fine. For about two days. Then I noticed the brakes squealed every time I hit them. Something I'd never have noticed on a test drive in such a loud area. Then I realize the gas pedal gets stuck and sometimes the engine will just rev and then the car jumps forward which (do I even need to say it) IS F****NG TERRIFYING AND DANGEROUS! I call the dealer to tell them all this and all of a sudden all that "Bring it to any dealership near you and they'll fix it!" promotion goes out the window. They say I have to bring it the full hour drive back to them on a weekday and I can't bring it in before noon. So to get them to fix the janky ass car they sold me (I haven't even mentioned the stains and interior damage and stereo issues yet) I have to take a day off work and lose a whole day's pay. SPARE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A USED CAR! the one star is for generally polite staff; except for the fact that they let me drive off in an overpriced piece of .

You know, it is not everyday, that your car makes a weird noise and now you are at the service department with your car, and you NOT have a terrible experience. Welp, I did not AND I am so glad that I had the pleasure to work with Marjorie Fortin on my recent visit to Toyota Waldorf. From the moment I pulled into the bay, she was on it. Her knowledge of car related things that would automatically come up on the MultiPoint inspection was refreshing as a woman; she knew stuff her and I did not think I was being oversold on issues that were not. Even though I was not particularly happy about being there from 1130 - just about close, she made sure I was informed along the way. She went over and beyond with her level of service, from going back and forth with the warranty to making sure I had something to eat that long day (unofficial door dasher). She was very down to earth and chill yet quite professional. It was like we clicked, almost like we had met before that I almost forgot I was at a car shop and that I still had to pay a lot of money. I had to make sure she had a token of my appreciation because my experience could have been dreadful. My experience with her confirms my future request for her as my service associate. I look forward to working with her in the future! Thank you so much Marjorie! :)Services: Brakes
