I just spoke with the manager AJ, I don’t know who hurt her but she’s very unprofessional and extremely rude.
She hung up on me twice.
I will not stop until I receive justice!

This location is trashy, especially driving up to the location, the landscaping is HORRIBLE!!! HEIRENDOUS!!! that's the first thing that catch your attention. It's aways HORRIBLE!!! The postmaster should be fired!!! and get someone in his position who cares. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!

There’s always these two rude workers there especially the one girl with the fake red wig that sits in the far right corner. She’s Very rude disrespectful, unprofessional and unhelpful. The only helpful one is the fair girl. Other two are very disrespectful and rude.

I have been living in this area for 28 years and it’s always been a issue with getting my mail especially when the regular postman is out I received absolutely no mail on Monday 22nd I have always said congress needs to take over the postal service because they do what they want this location has always been geto a lot of the carriers look suspect and management is horrible

I am so upset, this post office lost all of my official documents for my passport. Never made it to the state dept. I believe the lady that does the passports never sent my information, no telling what happened. No help at all and the workers do not care, poor customer service. The lazy manager for the passport wouldn't even come out to address my concerns. Sent someone else. I'm trying to file a complaint, the passport agency told me to contact the post master, will try that now. Use caution with these people, they are stealing people information.

This post office is terrible. Rude workers, unhelpful, and careless. It is truly a shame that my tax money goes to paying for these malcontents and private sector rejects to work here. They should receive compensation for the amount of work they actually do but then they would make well below minimum wage.
