Anyone who can put up with the drama of my dog has my utmost gratitude. And, believe me, she is loud!

My dogs has been going here for years and now my other dog has the same problems my other dog has had. And no matter how many times we go it is the same thing well i don't know what it's but let us keep testing as every test came out find and yet no one can find anything. I suggest y'all to stop telling your patients that here's what we think it's because not only do you mess peoples minds up y'all love to shove money into anything and everything I've spent over 5k with y'all in a year and y'all still can't find anything. This female doctor knows nothing about veterinary. I'm a home care nurse and i can do better than this

The staff is friendly and efficient. The Vet tech asked pertinent questions for the visit then relayed the info to the Vet. I was given the cost upfront to approve before shots were given so zi had no surprises at the end.Mostly, I appreciated them not manhandling my cat as a previous vet had at a different clinic. I also appreciated being allowed to stay in the exam room me as they examined my cat and gave him his shots. They were gentle with my cat. I wastold where I could get one prescription filled and where I could get the second one over the counter. Will definitely take my second cat to this clinic.

It is hard to find a place you can trust taking your fur baby to, but this vet has been excellent over the past few years for us. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Pricing is reasonable. Certainly worth your consideration if you're searching for decent pet care.

I have been taking my dog here for a couple years now and even though I've seen different veterinarians I am pleased with them all. They take thier time and explain the problem or concern. They even take the time to speak with my wife on speaker so we both understand. I would recommend them to everyone and the staff is just as pleasant as the vet. Thanks Waldorf Animal Hospital!!!

I have been a client for several years. They inherited me from Dr Miller (whom some of you may know). I wasn't asked about that. He then retired. I called in November this year about an actually injured cat (he had an abscessed chin) and they blew me off. "We're booked for 3 weeks, take it to an emergency hospital". Dr. Miller would have never said anything like that. I brought in a suddenly comatose cat once (End Of Life issue) and he looked after her immediately. He couldn't save her, but that's not the point. He tried without an appointment. These people are not like that. "We're booked" is not something any vet should say when you have an injured or dying pet... Spay operation: I was told my kitten could not be spayed because she had "low platelet count". Same decision a month later. And again another month (all at cost to me). But when she finally sent the sample to a "more talented?" vet, it turned out she had clumped platelets (which are perfectly harmless) the new vet didn't know anything about that and couldn't see it. Great, 3 months of kitty going into heat to both our misery and to no purpose. On the other hand, when she finally dared try to the spay, it went fine. I would say surgical skills are OK. On routine stuff like shots, they seem to be OK too. But "take the (injured) cat to an emergency clinic" sticks in my mind (he was treated well and recovered at the emergency hospital after I spent 3 hours there). That was a big negative on this regular vet though...

Great staff and vets there. I've taken my baby in with a mess of problems and they handle them one at a time like professionals. The vet spent time really looking my dog over to give me the best options possible. Definitely will be a repeat customer

Unprofessional and terrible management. Don't care about the customer nor the animal in need of being seen. I had a confirmed appointment with a email confirmation and call log speaking to them to prove it but they refused to see me. After loading up my dog and son and taking time off work they said "too bad" and no way they could fit me in. They said they don't have any record of talking to me even though I have a email and call log. Been there several times between my four dogs but they are always in a disarray. I ended up going to emergency care because veterinarians are so slammed in the area with a 5-6 week wait. Maybe that is why they treat the customer so poorly because they know they can but I won't be going back to them.
