Overall, we have always had great service at Waldorf Chevy. The work they've done has been outstanding. They replaced the throttle body position sensor on my 2014 Chevy Equinox plus routine oil change, tire rotation etc. All was completed in a timely fashion. My only concern is the level of communication - there needs to be more pro-active communication. I shouldn't have to call to find out about the progress of my vehicle. My vehicle was completed on Friday and I could have picked it up on Saturday but no one notified me that the work was completed. In fact, no one from Waldorf Chevy ever called me, I had to call. I find this to be unacceptable on every level.

Service department is not very good at all per my experience…. Have one vehicle took my car for service everyday they told me would be ready was not and I had to keep calling for updates myself…” Customer service still sells” no matter what

Service department charged me $200 for a "diagnostic" fee after trying to duplicate a problem that they wrote down wrong to start. I tried to give the service advisor the correct information as well as a contact at Lexington Park Chevy that was willing to advise them, but they apparently didn't listen to me and refused to talk to him. To make things worse, someone stole my wife's Costa sunglasses from the glove box. So I am out roughly $450 with NOTHING to show for it. I bought the truck there from Steve Luck, but that will never happen again. BTW- I still have not received a survey about my "experience".|

Edit- I traded in a vehicle, was told not physically having the title was not a problem and they would request it from the DMV. They have since been unable to get it, which wasn’t a problem and have persisted to call and call and call and text and email. It’s very frustrating since this should have been sorted once I was told it wouldn’t be a problem. Now I have to attempt to get a title for a vehicle I sold to them otherwise “further problems would arise” a threat received via emailWorked with David M, a professional and precise car salesman after shopping around the DMV for a 23 Chevy traverse. I explained I’d been exhausted by the car shopping process and needed full transparency and calculations prior to making the 1 hour drive from my home. We were able to text for a few hours to discuss trade in value, out the door pricing and alternative financing options. I arrived at the dealer and paid the exact price we agreed on, no surprises, full trade in value, full transparency. I had my own financing but used theirs in order to take advantage of a rebate. Overall very satisfied with the full experience, with David, Tina and the finance representative. Everyone was extraordinarily kind and professional.

The service was absolutely terrible . I was told 5/6 times I would get a call back and not one time did anyone ever call back . It took a month to get 2 rims and tires replaced . They guy Philip was supposedly hands long my case . Told me I would be taken care of by Friday . And then never called me back . So I called on Monday to get told he is gonna be out till Thursday . And no one else was capable of taking over for him . I will never take my truck back to the Waldorf dealership . Reminds me of the circus . No one knows what's going on and everyone wasn't to pass blame to the next person. Worse auto experience I have ever had . I will be posting this to google reviews as well.

Eugene and the gentleman that took care of me as soon I entered the dealership were both awesome. I received the shuttle service and it was the most enjoyable and convenient option. I praise your staff. They were excellent.

First was told I could not get a Loner I was also told it was not Under the warranty. After that I was told it was under the Warranty. Could only get a ride halfway to my home When? Yes. Purchase? My blaze I was assured that I would get a Loner. if I had to put it in the shop.

Took my $60k truck in to have an oil change, tire rotation, leaking rear window, tag bracket and tailgate trim repaired.I pick the truck up to find only the oil changed and tires rotated...and the leak repaired, allegedly.The service advisor (Ray) instead of making sure I'm pleased tries to quickly rush me out by asking, "do you see your truck? Pick the keys up over there"I then ask about the repairs and he acts bothered to explain. He then accused me of being angry and ask me to calm down?I literally wasn't angry until then.I explained that the repairs were not made and he replies "it's as good as we can do right now"I ask for clarification as to what that meant? Deer in the headlights look then says "let's go take a look"He then says they'd have to order the replacement trim parts if the manager approved and says he get the service manager to come out. I eventually chased the manager down as he tried to go back inside without addressing me. He listens to my concerns and agrees to have "Ray" order the new plastic trim parts.I take the truck and wash 6 days after picking up and low and behold the damn rear window leaks in the very same spot it did when I took it to them. I do know they made an attempt to reseal because they left a big black glob of sealant on my door jam that got all over my wife's white jacket. I tried to report my issues to "Ray". The receptionist put me on hold for 20 minutes waiting for "Ray" to pick up...he never did, I hung up.Oh, I almost forgot, they also didn't bother to properly inflate my tires after rotation or reset the tire sensors to the proper tire after rotating.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for service for years and in the last three years it has become the worst place for service. Three times I brought it in for oil change and tire rotation and three times they didn't rotate the tires. They tried to insist they did until they found out I had marked the tires with numbers so I could tell if they did it or not. They still didn't believe me so they pulled video from cameras in the shop and then had to admit that they had not been rotated. No one should have to argue with them to get service they paid for. Yesterday I brought my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. They said it was done but told me they couldn't rotate the tires because one of the lug nuts was stripped and would have to be cut out and one was missing. Funny thing is it wasn't missing when I brought it in and how did the lug nuts get stripped when they are the only place that has ever touched them? So now they've wrecked my lug nuts and expect me to pay to get it cut out and purchase new lug nuts when they wrecked them? I tried contacting the dealership manager via email, it's listed on the website, and it was returned to me as undeliverable. I am absolutely furious that a $80 service is now going to cost me hundreds because they are incompetent and can't be trusted with a simple vehicle service.

Dropped off my son’s vehicle for a 7:45 am appointment. An advisor did not call until late afternoon and said he had to order parts and it will be about two more hours. No one called back. I called around 6:00pm to get the status AND the ticket was still open. I talked to a young lady and she told me that the techs were gone home and only 1 advisor was there and he couldn’t give an update on the car. But the real issue is….. no one communicated that I wasn’t getting my car back today. Why?

Over all I’m happy with the dealership, I have been bring my truck there for service for about 4 year now. This was my first purchase with this location and I have to say Ms. Theresa Lewis did an outstanding job with my purchase, she made it quick and easy and most important to me was the transparency through each step of the process. Nelson, Edwin, and the service team provided excellent customer service. I received daily updates while my car was there which made me feel comfortable. I do wish a complementary vehicle was available since it took about a week to repair but nonetheless I truly appreciate their assistance and help!! ?

Waldorf Chevy Cadillac has the best customer service. I had the best experience ever with the purchase of my first car. Marlon, the sales person, Brittney, the finance manager and Dionna, my customer relations rep were very respectful of my time and made me feel comfortable and confident in their ability to get me the car of my choice with no tears but happy ones. Happy First time car owner….

I received excellent service at Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac. I went in to schedule a appointment to get my car repaired. I asked Assistant Service Manager Raymond Boelke to come out to my car so that I could show him the problem. He fixed it in a few minutes. No charge. He was wonderful. Great attitude, and a pleasant personality. A lot of other places should have people like him working for them. Thanks to Mr. Boelke! You were great. ??

I purchased a leather bed cover for my truck with an assurance of warranty that covers damage and promised replacement at no additional charge. Unfortunately, the cover has since been damaged, but my attempts to avail the warranty have been unjustly denied, citing reasons that contradict the assurances given at the point of sale.Furthermore, I discovered an unethical and fraudulent charge of $500 for a bed liner that not only was never discussed with me but also was never installed. This charge only came to light recently, and I am deeply frustrated and disappointed by this deceptive practice.Imagine paying interest for 3 years on a product that I have never purchased but charged for...So far I'm filing an official complaint to-Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration-Maryland Attorney General (Fraudulent Practice Department)-Chevrolet Customer Service Complaints Department-Better Business BureauWill see what's the outcome but what's important is stop these thieves from continuing their fraudulent practices so we all live in a safer environment!!!
