Waldorf Ram got me in on time for my Service appointment and kept me updated on progress during my repair. They were both kind and courteous during the check in process and checkout. Overall a pleasant experience!

Customer service is not only lacking but laziness is horrible. Can't return calls to customers. The honest customer service and transparency is a joke! Don't try and sound like you care saying you like to be honest and transparent. You only sell the vechiles you don't know how to work on them. Wow,You're customer service doesn't end the moment you sell the car. It continues through the life of the car and customer. Even when the car is in for service! This dealership needs an overhaul in customer service. Should of gone elsewhere. Lesson learned.

I just purchased a 21 jeep compass from them super clean inside and great service from saleswoman Tatyana & Dezmond they did an awesome job making sure I got the car I wanted .highly recommend taking a trip to Waldorf Dodge

Bought a truck from them. They were supposed to have it delivered on Friday. We called Friday, Saturday and Sunday looking for the delivery. We found out on Monday that the paint guy called out last week and it would be painted the following Friday. A little Honesty would have gone a long way.RAM Truck was delivered with only one of three paint repairs. The back seat cover is still broken. And a rag is sticking out of the bedliner. I can't believe you delivered it this way.I can't get anyone to call me back about the tags. I asked for Dan, the GM, to call. Still waiting.

Giovanni and Dezmond are amazing. They went above & beyond to get my husband the truck we wanted. We need more saleman like them! We gave them a really hard time. It was a hassle free experience.The whole team was very professional.

Due to a severe storm that hit our farm, I had to buy a new car. Mine was totaled by a tree that fell on it during the storm. I did not want to go through the process of buying a new vehicle, but with that said; the entire used car buying process I experienced at Waldorf Dodge Ram was a pleasant one. From the sales associate Ray, the managers, Dez, and Jordy Williams, and the financial department. CC and Tatiana helped me with the window tint I chose to have added. I had outstanding customer service from the first exchange with them. The salesperson responded immediately to my inquiry and set up an appointment with me for the same day. When I arrived he was very engaged and walked me through the process of test driving and the final sale. I am a very happy customer!

The ride to Waldorf Dodge is over an hour from where I live but it was worth it. Quality people.Jordan was our salesperson and he was on the ball getting us to the car and letting us test drive a Challenger special edition other dealerships wouldn't let us drive.Mike, the sales manager, made us feel like we were special. He was straight with us from the get go and took good care of us. The fact that we talked about pricing and had to leave to get lunch because we had a child with us didn't deter him. Maybe he hoped we wouldn't be back ;) but we returned because he was fair and professional. We had to buy.Chuck, the finance manager, was also flexible and understanding. We had our financing pre-approved but technology, as always, had some hiccups for us. He met them with aplomb.If I am in the market for another Dodge or Ram vehicle, I will be giving them the first chance to earn my business even at the 3 hours round trip drive because they were quality people. Thanks!

I have purchased more than a dozen vehicles in the past 20 years. I must say that Giovanni and Dezmond over at Waldorf Dodge gave me the best experience by far. I normally get poor service and still walk away with a vehicle because I wanted it, but for the first time they made me feel good about the purchase and even better with whom I was doing business with.They made me and my wife feel like we were just spending time with family and leaving satisfied with our purchase. Even a week after leaving with a new vehicle it’s been easy to get in touch with them if I have questions. If you’re looking for a new car and good service, I recommend Waldorf Dodge. Ask for Giovanni and Dezmond, and tell them I sent you.5 stars!!!

I’m on my third Ram pickup, all bought at Waldorf Dodge. I’ve also been involved in the purchase of 7 other vehicles for the wife and daughter, interacting with other dealerships. This is all over a span of 20+ years and all local.Working with Waldorf Dodge, it’s night to day different. And in a very good way. They are the best in the area. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. And absolutely the best service department one could ever ask for

I spent almost $4,000 on repairs for my Dodge Challenger in my vehicle started overheating about four months after it was serviced I called the service department when they could check my and I was told to bring it at any time. I paid 250 for my vehicle to be towed to their repair shop to be told bacon check my vehicle until 3 weeks and that I couldn't leave my vehicle there because I will get charged for fostorage and that it was impossible for them to tell me I could bring my vehicle at any time even after they found my call on the caller ID I will definitely try not to go back there anytime soon

I go on here to give my review and realize we have a pattern. Bought my car less than 60 days ago and the check engine light is on and oil at 23% when I only driven 2000 miles. Took it to the Chevy service next door and now I'm being asked to pay $190 diagnostic fee. Talk about poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place. People rely on their vehicle and trust when they buy they going to be treated a certain way. Well that wasn't the case here. Highly disappointed.

I worked with Reggie to purchase a brand new 2022 Ram 2500 Limited in Patriot Blue. I purchased from living several states away abs traveled just to pick up the truck. Absolutely smooth process, excellent service and experience. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck and the professionalism I was treated with. I don't know what happened as far as mana or or service people there over the past two years, but the service and professionalism has done an 180. I was partially charged for a malfunction that was under warranty and then upon return due to reappearance of engine light for related problem , they kept my truck for over a week. When I asked for the gener manager or owner, I was promised a callback and received none, or an update on my truck. this is now being escalated to the judicial system. horrible service, I guess attitude reflects leadership

Tytianna & the sales manager Mark and Dezmond helped me a lot! I called him with my situation and almost instantly I was driving off in my new truck that I freaking love to death and it was a great price! Thank you so so much
