Came in to find a new vehicle and Dontez was the first person to greet me and assistme to find a car in my budget. He made the process very smooth and easy and also had great conversations. Dontez had an outstanding personality that made me and wife have a complete BLAST the whole time. He is very smart and very knowledgeable on his product information. He made sure me and my wife was taking care of even though he was working with numerous customers I still felt like I was VIP. He was so pressure free and so understanding,I’m really not a fan of the car buying experience but he made it really enjoyable and entertaining with his CRAZY jokes! Thanks again Waldorf Ford for everything and thanks again Dontez if you see this! :)

My recent experience at the car dealership was largely positive, with a few areas for improvement. The sales representative I interacted with was exceptionally helpful and demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in. They could answer numerous questions, providing clarity and confidence in my decision-making process. The financial manager mirrored this expertise, combining honesty and friendliness in a manner that significantly streamlined the financial proceedings. While negotiations, particularly concerning my vehicle trade-in, were somewhat time-consuming, they were handled efficiently. However, my post-sale experience slightly tarnished the overall impression. Despite multiple attempts to contact both the sales representative and the financial manager via email regarding assistance with some Electric Vehicle (EV) paperwork, I received no response. This lack of communication post-purchase was disappointing and somewhat diminished the otherwise excellent service I had received. Prompt and continued customer support, especially in post-sale interactions, is crucial and something that could be improved upon in future dealings.

I recently purchased a new F-150 from Waldorf Ford and couldn't be happier with the experience. The whole process was smooth and their pricing was so competitive that I travelled several hours from home to purchase my truck. My salesperson was Asly Caballero and she made the whole process easier than I could've ever expected. If you are in the market, please give her a call.

Had a great experience buying my wife’s new explorer at this dealership. Very low pressure buying process and a pleasant staff. Eric, my salesman was super helpful and nice to work with. Demarco in finance was also great. Highly recommend this dealership.

A week ago I got a new car a 2022 ford escape. It’s spacious and roomy. My dealer was Craig Townsend and he was very professional and got everything that I wanted in a vehicle and more. I’ll definitely remember this experience. Craig went far and beyond to get me what I wanted.

John Paul and the finance team at Waldorf Ford were absolutely wonderful! It's been several years since I've purchased a new vehicle and they made everything so easy and seamless. I felt well taken care of by everyone there and am so happy with our new Honda Pilot! A perfect SUV for our growing family. Thanks to John for his efforts during a busy holiday season to get us in a car that was the perfect fit for us! I'd recommend this location and their team a thousand times over!

Fast smooth transaction. My Ford was ready earlier than expected. The tech even drove my car after the service to ensure no surprise check engine lights. Thank you Eric and Drew at Waldorf Ford!

Sales rep and managers are friendly, and you have to be hard head to make the best deal and the manager would be willing to take or negotiate. I was so surprised the manager offered good deal. I think they are very willing to negotiate with me over the numbers, and also, the finance manager is awesome, very helpful and fast to get done before I go home with the new vehicle in less than one or two hours. The buying process was relatively easy especially negotiating is kind of tensions. Thank you for all help.

I received exceptional customer service from both Aaron and Eric in the service department. Aaron was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He answered questions and concerns regarding my vehicle and helped me to understand special features. Eric was also helpful and accommodating with providing complimentary assistance as my vehicle was serviced. The female service advisor was also helpful and pleasant when I had questions and my assigned service advisors were unavailable. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name but I remember her pleasant demeanor and helpful nature.

This situation did not turn out well for me at all. I feel like I was "Railroaded" and "Buffaloed" at every turn in this process.I bought a car (the 2020 Ford Explorer with 1931 miles) as it was stated to me, "this is like a brand-new car." I enjoyed the vehicle, it met all of my needs, but then it stopped starting (within weeks of the purchase). So, from the start I felt like I had a lemon vehicle. But I wanted to give My Waldorf Ford a chance; while telling myself that "these guys wouldn't do me wrong; I have been such a loyal customer for so many years; of course, they will make it right".Well, that didn't happen. After two "new batteries," I received my car back to only find that the carpet was severely wet and now full of mold due to the "clog in the sunroof drain line" that had pushed water onto the passenger front floor. The fact that the vehicle was even allowed to be returned to me with all of that mold and the carpet still severely wet was an epic failure by Waldorf Ford. After that, I felt gravely insulted when told by Steve (the sales manager) that all it needed was a detail. No, there was mold, and that can become a serious health issue for a disabled veteran with chronic respiratory issues, but the suggestion was that "detailing was the resolution. The resolution should have been, "We will take up all the carpet, ensure that there is no rusting, and if there would be, replace the car, if not, replace and repair the carpet. But that wasn't the suggested resolution, it was detailing. I felt very insulted and belittled. Then after I discovered the White 2023 Ford Explorer on the used lot. (I point out used here, because the original 2020 Explorer was presented to me on the new car side by the sales manager and the salesman, even though the purchase did occur in the used car area) I thought it would be best to get rid of the "lemon" vehicle and get the same trim package in the white 2023 Explorer. After that discovery, then I felt even more belittled and robbed, as I had to pay so much more, and then the additional services that I had just paid for on the 2020 Explorer, I would need to pay for again for the 2023 Explorer. I lost so much money on this deal, to include my time, and time away from work.Additionally, when the 2020 Explorer was returned to me yesterday prior to the trade, the passenger floor was still wet, after I had explicitly discussed with Steve that the mold needed to be cleaned and removed, and the total floor needed to be dry. That floor was not dry at all. What a horrible experience. Not sure if I can say that I am a Waldorf Ford customer anymore. It doesn't seem right; it isn't right. But that is what happened to me, and I am still considering what next steps I could take.

My husband and I went to Waldorf Ford looking a new truck and had the pleasure of being greeted by Shed. He listed to find out what we were looking for in a truck and immediately set out to help us find a vehicle. We test drove several trucks and he was knowledgeable about all of the features and helped to address all of our questions. He did not pressure us in any way and was solution oriented in helping from start to finish in purchasing a truck that we are extremely satisfied with. I would also like to recognize Steve (manager) and Lola (finance) for assisting in the process and making our experience exceptional. I would highly recommend Waldorf Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at a reasonable price in a pressure-free environment.Todd and Lisa Lee

I have purchased many cars, and this was a friendly but no-nonsense experience which is a nice change from how many dealers operate. Donnell was a lnowledgeable and helpful salesperson, and Lola made the usually difficult finance experience pain-free. I have no hesitation recommending Waldorf Ford.

I bought a Raptor from Waldorf Ford on July 26th. Drive over two hours to the dealership to see that the truck has 20,000 miles over what was listed in their site. The sales manager was cool about it and we came to a price I was fine with. When looking over the truck, I noticed the front tires were almost bald. I asked the salesman if we could replace those before purchase so I know I would pass VA inspection. He assured me they would pass, but they did not. As I’m loading my personal items in from my trade, I noticed there was a safe in the center console, no one was aware of it and he said he would reach out to the previous owner to get the combination. I email him a month later about the combination and seeing if they would mail me the new registration with no response. I had to go out of town past the expiration of the temporary tag so wanted to get my tags on it. The plate still comes back to my previous car online. When I got home from the dealership, I noticed the axle seal was leaking, and it was obvious that it has been leaking for a while. So from the tires, calling a locksmith for the safe and the deductible for the warranty repair, I’m out over $1,000. Do not recommend
