Our sales associate Hunter was phenomenal!! He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles, making my daughters selection easy. Mary who came and spoke with us about the details and coverage information about the car was wonderful as well. Last but not least Mark in financing was awesome! He made our transaction quick, easy and understandable. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Usually dealerships give u a lot of run around but the staff here were to the point and didn’t beat around the bush. The manager Sam worked with me and my budget and did a very fair deal on a vehicle I wanted. The sales rep Joseph (I think that was his name lol) was excellent as well! They were both friendly and very professional! I will recommend my friends to buy here

I originally came into Waldorf Honda because of an internet ad but it was not the car I wanted. The salesman, Jamar, was very patient although I’m sure I seemed like I didn’t know what I wanted. Of course I wanted the newest CR-V with the most features and the lowest price. Who doesn’t want that? But he showed me several options. He showed me another option the next day that had almost everything I wanted. Everyone I dealt with was professional and very helpful including the lady who sold me the coverage and Dillon in the finance Dept. It was a good experience and those who know me know I don’t normally like to deal directly with car dealerships. Thank you for showing me a different side.

Excellent customer service. I was buying a used vehicle but Treated me just like someone buying their most expensive brand new car. Update car has been using a lot of oil. Found a mechanic’s wrench in the engine compartment near the pulley /belts. The wrench was pretty banged up and greasy. I took it up to the dealership and showed the service manager. He looked up my car and said his mechanics didn’t do any work on it prior to selling it (used car). My question is “ So you’re saying that the no one checked under the hood ? Checked fluids? Inspected the engine etc before selling me the car”.?Regardless if a Honda mechanic left it or someone before, the fact is they sold me a car with a big loose wrench banging around under the hood. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and serviced. I arrived around 11:20am was told that the service would take 2hs to 2hrs and 45min. When I got in my car it was roughly 3:48.My only concern is was at checkout and something that I’ve noticed with my car a/c (I went in for a/c blowing warm air).So at checkout the cashier didn’t have a kind bone in her body. As I waited in line to check out she never greeted any of the customers including me. No service with a smile. Especially when I was there all the staff members were polite. I felt that was rude.So when it comes to the a/c temperature in my car. I never had to turn my a/c lower than 74. Since it was serviced I find myself having to drop the temperature to 71-69. I’m not satisfied with problem being fixed.

Tony Reese was the absolute best. He kept me updated throughout my service answering all of my questions and concerns.The staff is always friendly and in my opinion honest. They genuinely make sure your vehicle is taken care of and if you are waiting a little bit longer then expected you are offered a shuttle ride. I will only take my vehicle to Waldorf Honda for any and all of my service needs.

This is my second review in a month because three weeks after I got my car, my partner went and got a car from Waldorf Honda as well. It was once again a straightforward and honest interaction as well as an excellent deal. We live over an hour away from this dealership but it’s the only one we’ll use from here on out.

Andrew Charles dud a complete in around on me and my husband! Had my credit file score 800+. Was supposed to deliver truck yesterday! Claims he did not get my husbands credit app with same score for 12 hours and that held us up! Never called and sent an email stating his counterpart sold the truck! We added truck onto our insurance! Andrew Charles said someone came in waving a big fat check! Never called is! Used us as leverage to sell to someone else! Waldorf Honda is unethical! Andrew Charles was shockingly rude to us! Said, you want the black one??? Take your business else elsewhere.This is the reason car salesman have the reputation that have! This man is supposed to be the sales manager!

I purchased my daughter's first car from a different dealership and took it to Waldorf Honda for diagnostic testing. The Service Advisor, Justin, was great at detailing the issues that needed to be taken care of. Everything was done timely and seamlessly. I even spoke with Dawn about upgrading the security on the car and she provided some great information. Thanks for taking care of us!

I submitted an internet inquiry for a 2023 Accord. I was contacted quickly. First by a sales person, then by the general manager. I explained my needs and that the dealership was over two hours away from my home. We came to an agreement over the phone. We completed financing all over the phone. Got the low Honda rate. We drove to pick up the car. When we arrived it was there, clean, and filled with gas. I was there for approx 2 hours in total. Overall a very smooth car buying experience. Salesman, GM, and finance were all very professional and I would shop with this dealership again.

Couldn't get an answer on tags and title 3.5 months after purchase. Called left messages, and customer service was near absent. If they don't know how to process tags and title just say it. Left with expired tags and no recourse almost 4 months in.
