The worst Walmart ever. Dealing with Joyce who's is the customer service manager is the worst experience ever. After dealing with her I'm convinced that she's a radist who doesn't like Latinos. The fact that she looked at me up and down and insinuated that I was lying about my purchase (in front of my family) was humiliating and frustrating. I have nothing to gain from lying. All I wanted to do was return a vaccum that I had purchased a few days ago for another one (same brand and model) that came with a charger. The manager of the whole store (black female with dreaded hair, whose name started with a C) was of no help. After complaint to her about my encounter with Joyce, she stated that calling the 1-800 number will only prompt The corporate office to forward the complaint to her. In other words, my complaint Will just fall on deaf ears. She also stated that what I'm not going to do is make this a racial issue. Especially after I told her that the white couple and the black couples were treated fairly. It's said that the maltreatment from this place is permitted by the cooperate office. At this point they should shut this place down. The good folks that work here should be relocated to a better Walmart. these managers are the cause of this racist and hostile environment.

Managment here doesn't care about anything. Their don't care that their toilets are flooding and there is no toilet paper. They don't care that their plants never get watered. They don't care if the prices are wrong. Go elsewhere for what you need. Trust me

This is the worst walmart I have ever been to. There is barely anyone working in the store and the people that are working are of little help. I came in to get my hunting license and I had to wait for 20 minutes before I finally had to track someone down. When they finally came the said the machine was down. Do not come here. There is a much better Walmart 15 minutes away. I hope I never have to come here again.

This Walmart is so Ghetto. Try to return something/ the line was up to the bathroom with rude cashiers. They should just close this location. I will never shop at this location ever. It is not worth it,

I have shopped here over Twenty -five years.Nicest people ever from Cashiers to Car department.The Electronics people are amazing!The Shoe department is also very nice and well stocked. I get amazing customer service in Camping /sports also. I am impressed how they really try to keep up milk and frozen stock! Carts done often and parking lot clean!The Eye glass place friendly. I may not say this enough but staff have been there many years and work so very hard to load shelves and are super nice to customers. For volume they try really hard so Ladies give them a break and help be neater in bathrooms.My only regret is they do not sell tires or install,them.Health and beauty is also great they put out lots of stock to keep up but sometimes run low but that is to be expected Great at back to school and holiday decorations displays .They really try for space they have!Good laundry department for laundry products.All round great store.Oh also have a good men's clothing and sock /underwear department!I Find my light bulbs for car here!

After reading all the poor reviews The Waldorf Wallmart needs to be visited by the corporate regional offices!!!!!!!I had the worst experience ever tonight. I stood in a line that didn't move for 20 minutes. Finally the cashier said her register locked up. So a long line of us moved to the only other cashier who said, "Sorry I'm closed!" I said, "but there is no one working as a cashier!" He said, "Sorry, we are short handed."REALLY? NO Cashiers?

The store was dirty and half stocked. The employees were not helpful. I felt uncomfortable and couldn't wait to get out of here. I will never go again.

I've been living in Maryland for a couple of months now and I am missing SC already. Two times I've order same day pick up, the first time I had to cancel for the delay and today they are doing the same. Holding people's money but not working to get their stuff on time. What is going on with this store and its employees.

My husband and I just came back from your store #1717 11930 Acton Ln, Waldorf, MD 20601. We made an appointment online this morning to get our COVID vaccines for today @ 1:20 PM & 1:40 pm. These times were given to us via the Walmart site as what was available. We both took off of work and arrived at the pharmacy on time @ 1:20 pm to get out vaccines. Upon arrival, we were told by one of the employees working the pharmacy counter that although we had an appointment at @1:20pm they are not going to honor it because they close between 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm. He then asked us if we could come back at 2 pm. We said ok and waited in the store for 40 minutes until 2 pm. At 2 pm, we went to the door that you're supposed to knock on to get the vaccine, and the woman at the pharmacy counter told us that we needed to get in line with the rest of the customers picking up prescriptions, so we did. Then the same lady told everyone that was in line to move to the next aisle over because the line was in the next aisle over. We all moved. Then a gentleman who was behind the counter asked us if we had an appointment, I told him yes. He said that we need to get in another line. We get in the other line, but at this point, another 10-15 minutes has passed and the person in front of us that was picking up their prescription was having problems and we felt like we were getting the runaround. On top of that, it didn't feel like a good experience. There was so much confusion, that we didn't feel comfortable receiving the vaccine from this store. We ended up returning back to work late and overall wasted our time. All in all, this was a terribly frustrating experience and they didn't even acknowledge us or our appointment. Also, it would be helpful for the site to mention that that store does not do vaccinations between 1:30-2 pm, or at least have your site make it so it doesn't share those times with your customers.

So.... I go to this Walmart with my wife. She does her shopping and heads to the bathroom.She comes out white as a ghost, she said, let's get the hell out of here.I asked if she was ok. She said, there was a big man washing his hands and another man in a stall.You want to give everyone their rights. Where are my wife's rights.You're disgusting Walmart.

I went to this store to for a curbside pickup I gave them the parking # and the color of my card, my husband waited for 30 minutes and at the end he had to go inside the store to ask for the items while I was on the phone asking why was it taking so long. I will never ever do a curbside pick up again.

They were able to cash my dividend check the first time but the second time I went here they couldn’t cash it. So beware THEY CANNOT CASH ALL CHECKS!!!
