Having a food truck take up 3/4 of your lot with cars and people is not good business. Trying to get in and out of your lot is a struggle due to this. Please find a better location for this food truck to be staged. It is not professional

James Reed (Wesbano Waldord, MD location) served as my loan officer and I can absolutely state that my experience was far from pleasant. He was polite in the beginning and raved about how I should change from a different loan officer to him because he would ensure that I brought very little funds to settlement. Through out every hiccup, I submitted every document and funds requested of me and did my part as a buyer.Ultimately, he was not transparent, he failed to explain details correctly regarding certain documents, and also failed to verify an inquiry on my credit report and openly admitted to doing so. This mistake resulted in James telling me ONE WEEK prior to settlement that the amount for closing doubled and did not apologize for his error (Amount went from $1800 to $10k to then $13k). He then continuously told me via phone and text message that I would never find a better deal if I did not follow through with his deal. Something that I did not appreciate at all. I decided to walk away from this deal solely due to feeling as though I was being taken advantage of by James and due to being treated poorly by James as well as his colleagues. His colleagues constantly expressed that they all are "one big family" and I feel that by expressing my concern and dissatisfaction by this ordeal, it was encouraged to treat me in a rude and impolite manner by the agent, broker, and title company-all individuals who James has a strong rapport with. This was one of the worst professional experiences that I have ever encountered.

Same great people that work there, but I wish the early drive thru hours stayed the same
