The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful—they guided me through the entire process and made sure I got the right size unit for my needs. I really appreciate the peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe with 24/7 surveillance.

Ms. Ginger and Mr. Elijah are some of the most respectful customer service agents I've encountered in a long time. I came in from visiting another Public Storage location and was greeted promptly. Ms. Ginger answered all of my questions and guided me in choosing the correct size unit for my belongings. Mr. Elijah assisted in answering my follow-up questions. I was able to reserve and obtain my unit within 15 minutes of my arrival. The moving process is never easy, and finding a safe and secure place to store your items can be a hassle. Both Ms. Ginger and Mr. Elijah showed the utmost respect. They both were knowledgeable about the storage process and the premises. Their service and kindness truly set the tone for my day. - Thank you

There is a girl illegally providing beauty services out of a storage unit here. She has stated in the comments that the manager here knows and doesn’t care that she is providing illegal services here. Unfortunately I wouldn’t trust spending my money here because of this. I have already called and reported this to state board and provided them with the information, hopefully this business doesn’t face any fines for what this girl has done….
