This place is NOT GOOD. I asked the manager if they could look at my Transmission to see why it was not making noise. He told me no they will not touch my car because the.miles were too high and so never had service with them before. I asked again, he kept bringing up my oil change. When he started my bolt was stripped and they didn't want to take it out in case it might might not go back in, so they advised me to take back to who did it. I told them I did that it done and there was no problem. Stated please stop with the oil change it's done. Will you take a look at my Transmission. No you never had any work done here so we will not look at your car. I just finally said stop saying the oil change. Just delete my information your not understanding or trying to do any work.... Bye your no HELP......This is my second time there and they are no HELP. I got a key it broke last than a year. I. Order to get get a new on e I have to pay full price. SMH.. ( This was my experience not speaking for anyone else)

My Honda CRV was vandalized on 7-11-23. They busted drivers side window and stole airbag. I was able to drive it Pohanka Honda on 7-13-23. At that time, I had no other issues with my car. My insurance provider Geico, quickly worked to get all needed assessments and financial arrangements with Pohanka. Geico sent Pohanka a check of 1002.58 on 7-20-23 and another check of 617.52 on 7-21-23.During July and August I reach out to Pohanka, specifically to my designated agent....Marcus Nelson, every week for an update on my car. He was always professional when I called but always seemed annoyed that I was calling again to check on my car.He never could tell me when my car would be available. At the end of August, I decided to reach out to the Honda Corporate office with hopes to get some or any feedback of when my car would be fixed. They were definitely more responsive but eventually put it back on pohanka dealer.Tuesday, 10-31-23 I get a call from Marcus Nelson, telling me that they have the part from car and my car will be available on Friday.Saturday I get a call from Marcus Nelson at 2:42pm telling me my car may be ready today but will need a new battery. I tell him that I had new battery put in last year San don't understand. Then I said maybe because my car has been sitting for 4 months it is dead and just needs a charge. He said yeh..you are right. Your car will be ready today or definitely on Monday. I will call you back and let you know. Monday I get a call saying there is a piece in the window that needs to be fixed but definitely my tomorrow morning all will be ready.Tuesday 11-7-23....I get a call from Marcus Nelson and he says I just need to go over all the financials with you. I call him back I give him all the financials I have documented from my insurance company Geico and I ask if my car is ready. He says yes.....but let me know when you are coming because I need to give your car a charge. I say I am coming 30-40 minutes.I get to the pohanka Honda to pick up my car and Marcus Nelson tells me that my car needs to be detailed because of the tape they had to put on the drivers side window to protect it. He said they have a service to do that. I declined. He then said he would go and get my car that was ready but still May need to be charged. He was gone for 15 minutes and then he returned with my car. I paid my balance due. He escorted me to my car but said your car is making a screeching sound.....I think it is your tires or brakes. He said ....they need to be replaced. I told him that when I brought my car to Pohanka on 7-13-23....I had not problems.I prayed and drove slowly to a family trusted repair shop and they are thankful fixing they damage to my car.DO NOT TRUST POHANKA HODA!I came to them with a simple damage issue and they took 4 months to repair and then damaged my car so they could get more money!!!!!

My salesman was very nice and accommodating. They only one finance officer on that day so it took a little longer than it should. They ended up getting me a lower interest rate than my Credit Union. Overall it wasn't bad. I would recommend this dealership if you're looking for a car.

Jasmine at Pohanka Honda in Capitol Heights provided me the absolute best service and her professionalism is unsurmountable. I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience in purchasing my new truck thanks to her and her Manager Andrew. Great team over there. Nelson is very knowledgeable as my new service center rep. He really is all-knowing of everything Honda. Thanks y’all!

This place has horrible communication. Bought a used car there and they rushed the sale while a new salesperson basically fumbled through the whole process. None of this was an issue at the time. But after I bought the car (which had an immediate flat tire before I even got home) the tag and registration department claims they use a POSTCARD to inform people of the arrival of tags. (Even though emails are WAY more efficient.) Needless to say that postcard never arrived to me. They called me a week before the temp tags expired to pick up the hard tags and registration. Just to get home and find out the tags are attached to a temporary registration (that NOBODY informed me about). After I finally noticed and asked the Tags and Registration MANAGER how they would rectify the situation, I was told that I have to have the car inspected MYSELF to bring it back and receive my full registration. Well that didn’t happen either because when I came back they said l had to get the car registered ON MY OWN because they are incapable of acquiring registrations in DC. Then Kept blaming the sales person (who apparently quit right after I bought the car) for not telling me ALL of this.So they blamed me and everyone else for everything and said they weren’t responsible for anything because “We sent a postcard”. Though they have no proof or record of it being sent. Then Gave me a tank of gas “for my inconvenience”. ???Avoid this place if you want decent customer service and communication. They’re understaffed, uninformed, and outdated.Oh did I mention they send me sales EMAILS everyday even till now. But send POSTCARDS for vital information. Trash service.

Do not get service at this Honda. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I came on Monday to get my oil change and tires rotated. I waited over 2 hours. When I got my vehicle, I drove out the lot and by the time I got to the end of the road my tire pressure light came on. I tried to calibrate it and it still came back on. I called in on Tuesday and they told me to bring it in. I come on Wednesday and I am being told I have to wait possibly 2 hours for them to look at it again. Katie also eluded to the fact that it may not be something they are responsible for. I was going to do the suggested maintenance fixes, but I most definitely will not come back here.

My experience with Pohanka Honda was nothing but exceptional service. Went in to get an oil change and was in and out with reasonable time. I didn't want to wait in the waiting area, so the Pohanka representative was kindly enough to drive me to the shopping center while my car was being service. I then call for a pick up for me to return to retrieve my car and the Pohanka Honda representative was there. Thank you for your excellent service.

My salesman, Tyler, provided exceptional customer service. Tyler consistently checked in with me for over a month to keep me up to date with all promotions at the dealership. After my vehicle buyback went through with Ford, I was happy to work with Tyler to purchase my CRV and my daughter's Civic. Tyler made the process smooth and I did not spend all day at the dealership. He was not a pushy salesman. I felt like a valued customer before I even purchased my two vehicles. I truly appreciated all the calls from Tyler before and after the purchase of my vehicle. Pohanka Honda has a gem of a salesman with Tyler.

Extremely poor customer service. I will not be returning to purchase or have my car service completed here. The gentleman who servicedme was extremely unprofessional and I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I give this establishment a fat "0". They have a lot of work to do in the area of customer service and customer satisfaction. My husband and I my family have crossed this business off our list even if it is in our community. Do not patronize Pohanka in Capital Heights, Md. Remember I told you so.

If I could rate as a zero, I would. I drove an hour to view a 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid with 29,000+ miles that was listed at $31k. I arrived in a 2023 Genesis G70 in excellent condition with 12,100 miles which is KBB valued at 39-41k and was considering a trade. Off the bat, I informed my sales consultant, Jasmine, that I loved my Genesis that it would take an incredible offer to let me get rid of it. I’m recently married, expecting a child, and moving far away from where I work. My only reasons for considering a trade was to get something with better fuel economy and more space for my family. Anyways, stay with me here. Fast forward to the paperwork. They come back with my quote offer on my Genesis which was completely laughable. $31k. They were offering me the same exact amount on a newer, more luxurious vehicle, with significantly less miles than their 2022 Accord. In what way does that make sense, I’m not even sure. But this point I did not allow her, or her Sales Manager Edward Foster to waste anymore of my time. I’m not new to the car buying game. I wasn’t going to allow them to sit there, low ball me, and waste an hour going back and forth on negotiations to convince them to give me fair value. I would advise anyone considering Pohanka Honda of Capitol Heights not to waste your time. It is clear that their entire Department, from the Sales Manager to the consultants, would rather assume you’re ignorant and try to get over on you for their own greed than to make sure you make it off their lot satisfied with the deal in which you made. Attached are photos of the vehicle they offered me $31k. Within hours of departing Pohanka Honda, I was later offered $40.5k
