It's the second time I've come to do maintenance and I have to come back two days later because what they've done with my car is a disaster, all the engine oil is leaking and I don't understand why. Now I arrived at the dealer for the second time in the same week because of his poor work, and they tell me that I have to wait 2 to 3 hours.

I absolutely loved my experience here. After shopping other places for a whole week. I called Ty and closed on a brand new vehicle in the same day. The process was smooth and the employees here were very accommodating. Thank you for making this process a good one.

Poor customer service with extremely rude Sales Manager. Don't waste your time...go to Virginia. I wouldn't go back if they are giving away cars.

DO NOT get your car serviced here. I have lives in multiple states and this by far is the WORST Hyundai dealership I have ever experience. As soon as I arrived the whole building is under construction. There is no clear signage as to where to go for service. When I pulled up I was immediately told that the wait time was 2-2:30 hours. I said okay, 2 hours and 15 mins later. I received a text stating who my car advisor (Ron Banks) was and that my car was not ready yet. 15 minutes later I went to Ron to ask for a status update on my car. Ron said that he would go and get the status update and slickly said "this is why I said 2.5 to 3 hour wait" before he left. Ron then came back to tell me that my car was not even started yet. NOT even STARTED after hours of waiting for a OIL CHANGE. I told them that I wanted my car back and I was leaving. The customer service is horrible, the turn around service is horrible, the service department is horrible! Do yourself a favor and go to a different Hyundai dealership.

This is for the Pohanka Hyundai at Ritchie Capitol Heights MD 20743. I am utterly disappointed in the conduct of its management and the GM to be specific. My 3-year lease was up end of 10/2023 and I had plans of buying the car which I made it known. They expressed interest in buying my car since it had about 17,000 (good as new). Upon arrival to discuss the buyout, not only was the price jacked up (I had made an x of initial deposit towards the buyout) and it was not reflected in the print out the GM gave me, they wasted several hours of my time only to tell me they can't sell it to me unless I fix my engine light and windshield. After performing the diagnosis, they claim I have to come back to check the engine light because they are swamped and the team only works on Mon- Fri which turned out to be a LIE. This was orchestrated so I give up my car. In addition, the GM claimed for them to sell me the car, I need to fix a TINY crack in windshield according to ''MD safety rules''- which turned out to be A LIE. If I am buying the car and not returning it why do you car if I have a crack??? Fast forward, I called Hyundai Motor Finance and they sorted me out and I was able to payoff my car without any additional expenses directly from them! This dealership's goal was to frustrate me so they could have my car and SELL it for more and give me a new lease. I highly recommended checking with the manufacturers FIRST don't get ripped off! Go elsewhere!

I feared coming to the dealership because the last time I had an issue, the shop did the recall on my other vehicle and never corrected the problem. Fast forward to this 2022 Tucson, I expressed my concerns and described the issue, and once again, the shop focused on a code issue, but my issue continues to exist. I paid almost 3000 for something that could have waited. To make matters worse, when I received my car back, I noticed a wet and dirty rag in my cup holder. When i pulled the rag out, it had a dated receipt in the cup holder, which shows the person in care of my car went to a restaurant to get food instead of using their own vehicle. I'm definitely not happy and hope others don't experience the same treatment. Leon Coleman

I bought my 2018 Santa fe Sport in 2019. So far no problems with regular Maintenance. Although they advertise a car wash with service there have been many times they don't wash after service.Currently I am dealing with bubbling and peeling of the paint on the hood. I received a warranty letter that this is an issue with the 2017-18 models. The letter states they will fix it. Well, I have been trying for several weeks now to get this resolved. I feel like I am getting the round around. I have submitted what they asked for. An estimate and pictures. To date, no response. I am beyond frustrated at this point. No one calls me back, despite my many messages and no response to my Emails. What's really going on Pohanka?!?

Traveling from Florida we had a low tire pressure prompt and after adding air the screen continued to show a problem. We stopped at the closest Hyundai dealer, which was Pohanka, and was given immediate service and we were on our way in about ten minutes. Not only did they solve the issue but presented us with a washed car! Doesn't get better than that. Thank you Pohanka Hyundai!

My person was thee Mr. Phillip Crews - the attention, the energy, the courtesy, the swagger, & professionalism was Superb. The finance lady from Bolivia was so Beautiful in spirit and in the finance process. Not all Sales Persons in the World have the "art" of car sales...but after visiting this location twice, narrowing down cars... I got someone Red & just for me ! 10 Stars ⭐️

Excellent customer service! I'd like to thank my fave & amazing Service Advisor, Mr. Ron Banks. The professional Manager, Mr. Habib, who made sure my case was handled properly. The wonderful Finance Director, Ms. Joanne and last but certainly not least, the #1 Sales & Leasing Consultant, Ms. Shana! Her personality and professionalism was very welcoming. Shana didn't make me feel pressured and she was extremely knowledgeable. She answered every question/concern I had, and really made me feel good about my trade-in. I really pulled off the lot, with a beautiful 2024 Hyundai Tucson, and I've been loving it! Thank you team!

Had a wonderful experience here! My salesperson was Rodney, I will have to say the sales manager and Adrianna was wonderful as well. Rodney and the sales manager was able to really make it work for me to get a better car than I wished for! Rodney unfortunately told me the service people were out for the evening that day so I couldn’t take my car home the same night but he drove it to me on Monday and it made my whole week! Thanks again Pohanka!
