“Great location on Patrick St for fast same day service. Chris Naylor, the service manager is excellent. Very efficient and accurate estimates. Work is always done right the first time. Great used cars too. Bought several here and was never disappointed with a lemon or even a lime. Warranty packages are worth it if you drive a lot or are hard on your car. Tire prices are competitive. Service bays are located on 7-11 side of the building. You park in the lot on that side and go through the service door to the left of the garage doors. Service and the parts desk is right there. This location is set for a remodel by the end of summer 2023.”

“We had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Fitzgerald Collision due to an unexpected encounter with a mailbox (mailbox 1, Tahoe 0). From the moment we called, to schedule an estimate appointment, we had a great experience. Matt was able to schedule us quickly, and the day we came in for the estimate, Erica and Ben took great care of us. Ben walked us through the estimate, as well as the timeline for repairs. Ben even arranged to have the vehicle cleaned up some prior to the repairs occurring since there was a delay between getting the estimate and drop off for repairs. Erica was very friendly and professional. She took the time to communicate with us every step of the way. The repairs took a little longer than expected, but that was due to backordered parts, which was out of Fitzgerald Collisions control. Despite the inconvenience, we appreciated that Erica communicated transparently with us. In the end, our vehicle repairs were completed sooner than expected (bonus) and were of great quality. Highly recommend!”

Went there for a 2nd estimate the guy comes out starts looking at it ask me if I want to try pound it out ( it curled and the wouldn’t close tight) I said yes he brings out some hammers and other tools pounds it door close tightly now. I asked him how much he said what’s it worth I said the moon would take $20 bucks and he did so I differently come back if I ever need body work done again!”

“Purchased a use RV in New York state and needed a Maryland safety inspection to register it. Tommy got us in quickly. He found some items that needed repaired so we could pass the inspection. After checking the quote, we had Tommy do the repairs. Even in the busy winterizing season, Tommy had the repairs done in a couple weeks. Prices are good and so is the work. FYI... don't be scared of the "Guard Pig"!”
