“Frederick Auto Body is great! I stopped by in a whim to have them look at my front bumper. I had a very minor run in with another vehicle. I wish I could remember the name of the gentlemen who came out to look at it with me. He looked at it for a minute and then walked back inside and grabbed some type of degreaser. He polished the bumper and it looked good as new, the scuff must have been all surface level. I appreciated his help so much. For any auto body work in the future, this is my first stop! Would recommend this place to anyone.”
“This website is great, friendly and active customer support if you need it, but the format of their website it setup great with a lot of info. Bought a dashcam harness adapter that taps into the 4runners’ powered rear-view mirror, it looks like the photo advertised, works like it should, came quick and it was cheap and easy to upgrade the rig.”
“Coating was done well with careful masking of bed mounting points, and removal of all tailgate panels as well as the bed bolts. I waited and it did not take long. Waiting room is clean although wifi did not work. Less good was the reconnection of the numerous tailgate cables - wires were twisted and connectors not snapped to the frame as they were when my truck arrived. Took me 10 minutes to unplug, straighten and reconnect and remount everything. A small detail but would have been nice to have it done right.”
“I had an excellent experience with Maryland Collision Center! The customer service was outstanding, with constant communication and regular updates throughout the entire process. My Suburban was repaired and ready in less than a week, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
I also really appreciated the option to have the vehicle detailed after the repairs were completed—such a nice extra touch!

“We have 4 aging Hondas. Triangle keeps all of them on the road. They have resolved all of the issues we brought to them. They are always up to date on recall info and saved us thousands of dollars by alerting us to a known issue with our van. They rebuilt the engine for us, it runs great, and now we are getting a refund from Honda because we had the work done within the warranty requirements. None of this would have happened without their guidance. Can't say enough good things about their service and rentals departments!”

“My car was side-swiped while parked in front of my house. Crash Champions worked with the insurance company and handled payment directly with them which saved me a lot of stress. The inspection of my vehicle and approval from insurance company to begin repairs to the body and paint only took 2-3 business days to finalize. The actual repairs took 4-5 business days. Wow! I was truly impressed. The Crash Champions team of professionals did an amazing job all around. As I entered the office, I was greeted with a smile each time by Theresa. Theresa was very professional, patient, and kind to me. Josue (“Sway”) inspected my car and worked with the insurance company for approval to do the work. He was also professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and he has a friendly smile too. I felt welcomed at Crash Champions. Customer service was exceptional!! Sway called me to let me know when my car would be ready. Their app also kept me informed. My car was actually ready a day early. I did not have the pleasure of meeting Rob who actually did the repairs and painted my car. Rob did an excellent job on the body work and painting. The paint color matched perfectly. All scratches and dents were gone. I was also given information on how to take care of the paint job over the next 90 days verbally and in writing. I appreciate each of you who helped with fixing my car. If I missed anyone, please forgive me. You are all very much appreciated! Thank you so much! Keep up the great job!!! “Got up this morning (4am) and my car did not start. I headed to Advance Auto and was turned away not just at one location but 2! The reasons given was short staff and that my car would require professional installation. I then headed to Auto Zone on the Golden Mile. They turned me away due to short staff (says they only had 2 people and that I could come back at noon. I then called to Auto Zone in Buckeystown. Young lady Veronica (very professional and friendly) answered the phone and assured me when I come in they'd help me the best they could. When I arrived Veronica came out and examined my car. She then consulted with Daniel. Daniel started working on my car right away. Veronica took care of helping me find the best engine and a few other items. Daniel showed skill, knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend this location. Thank you both for helping me today. It's much appreciated.”

“Yesterday I became the proud owner of an Audi S5. My sincerest thank you to Devon, Jordan, and Audi of Frederick (Ourisman)! Perspective: last week my vehicle of 24 years finally died. In desperate need of transportation, I got a loan and began online shopping and making appointments. The first place I went to provided a horrible experience where I felt I was profiled and not taken as a serious customer (Mercedes-Benz loss, Audi's gain). The next morning, I received a phone call from Devon at Audi.from that moment on, I knew my wife and I were going to be treated with care, empathy, and respect through the entire process. Devon was nothing short of outstanding and Professional. Also, Jordan called a few minutes later to re-emphasize they genuine desire to earn my business and willingness to get me in my next car at the best price. Upon my arrival, Devon had vehicles set aside and keys ready to get us in and driving. He asked us how our trip went, provided refreshments, and talked us through what the experience was gonna be like. He took his time to walk us through all the features and differences of all the cars before, during, and after the drive. It was like talking with friends or family. Jordan also came by a few times to check on things and ensure we were at wase with everything. It was exactly what we were looking for the experience to be. When it came down to pricing and rebates, THEY DELIVERED! What they valued most was making sure we were happy and that the experience was positively memorable. It was all about the customer's needs and getting us in the car we wanted. It was never about us settling for an alternative. Even the financing rep (name escapes me right now) was genuine, friendly, and just an all around great guy when it came time to discuss maintenance packages and sign papers.
