“Frederick Auto Body is great! I stopped by in a whim to have them look at my front bumper. I had a very minor run in with another vehicle. I wish I could remember the name of the gentlemen who came out to look at it with me. He looked at it for a minute and then walked back inside and grabbed some type of degreaser. He polished the bumper and it looked good as new, the scuff must have been all surface level. I appreciated his help so much. For any auto body work in the future, this is my first stop! Would recommend this place to anyone.”

“I would give an 11 out of 10 if I could. The communication and breakout of work being done was clear, and when there needed to be an update due to extra rust Jon gave me a call and stepped me through to ensure I agreed.
When the car was done, I was called and told that the paint might be a slightly darker shade due to the car being an 08 and obvious sun damage; which I honestly expected. Maybe under bright white lights theres a color difference, but I'm not seeing anything major. The shop did a phenomenal job with the rust fix and paint on my car. It looks brand new.
And they also did a nice detailing inside, I was not expecting that and was pleasantly surprised when I got back in the car. Top notch customer service all the way around.”
“We have 4 aging Hondas. Triangle keeps all of them on the road. They have resolved all of the issues we brought to them. They are always up to date on recall info and saved us thousands of dollars by alerting us to a known issue with our van. They rebuilt the engine for us, it runs great, and now we are getting a refund from Honda because we had the work done within the warranty requirements. None of this would have happened without their guidance. Can't say enough good things about their service and rentals departments!”

“Yesterday I became the proud owner of an Audi S5. My sincerest thank you to Devon, Jordan, and Audi of Frederick (Ourisman)! Perspective: last week my vehicle of 24 years finally died. In desperate need of transportation, I got a loan and began online shopping and making appointments. The first place I went to provided a horrible experience where I felt I was profiled and not taken as a serious customer (Mercedes-Benz loss, Audi's gain). The next morning, I received a phone call from Devon at Audi.from that moment on, I knew my wife and I were going to be treated with care, empathy, and respect through the entire process. Devon was nothing short of outstanding and Professional. Also, Jordan called a few minutes later to re-emphasize they genuine desire to earn my business and willingness to get me in my next car at the best price. Upon my arrival, Devon had vehicles set aside and keys ready to get us in and driving. He asked us how our trip went, provided refreshments, and talked us through what the experience was gonna be like. He took his time to walk us through all the features and differences of all the cars before, during, and after the drive. It was like talking with friends or family. Jordan also came by a few times to check on things and ensure we were at wase with everything. It was exactly what we were looking for the experience to be. When it came down to pricing and rebates, THEY DELIVERED! What they valued most was making sure we were happy and that the experience was positively memorable. It was all about the customer's needs and getting us in the car we wanted. It was never about us settling for an alternative. Even the financing rep (name escapes me right now) was genuine, friendly, and just an all around great guy when it came time to discuss maintenance packages and sign papers. These folks have probably made my wife and I Audi owners for life. Stopping here first when time come to get her an upgrade. Audi of Frederick, you are the absolute Best!!! “I have had mixed feelings about Caliber. I was rear ended and had a no fault claim against Travelers Insurance. I think the process could have been a little bit smoother with less hassle. But I do believe that Caliber deserves recognition for the work that their technicians do to bring vehicles back from a damaged state. The vehicle looks new and seems to be operating in its precrash condition. I give them 5 stars for their paint work. If you have a vehicle damaged, just be aware that these new vehicles have alot of tech in them and it may take some time to work out the issues. Overall, Caliber will do their best to deliver within the confines of insurance directives.”
“The team here at Frederick Ford is top rated. From sales to service. The hands on service manager Chris Deckert ensured my beloved f150 is here for the future. The team led by Jason service advisor and mechanics took care of a complex issue. How many managers get dirty! There is no wonder why they are ao busy. Kind of like Chic Fila but worth the little wait. Although they got me in due to my issues and wow its new again.

He is a great sales person and we would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone. Adding to this, our first salesperson in this used car purchase was Terrance Carmichael. Terrance helped my wife and I when we first came to Darcars Toyota looking for a used AWD vehicle. He was Great! Very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the features on the vehicle we test drove and answered all our questions so we could understand. We liked the vehicle we test drove but still wanted to shop around before making a decision. We returned to Darcars after looking at several other vehicles. Terrance was with another customer , that's when we met Moe who stepped in to help us. Both of these guys were incredible! So nice, so friendly, so helpful , never pushy in any way. Dealing with both of them was such a pleasant experience.
