Very dysfunctional. On multiple occasions I have tried to pick up a prescription and the doors are locked because they’re not staying till 1:30 which is what the signs on the door read.

I really miss Becky and the other pharmacy staff. Michael is good, but he's never there when we go in. I couldn't take the rudeness of their current staff so I changed pharmacies. My husband kept his prescriptions there, but as of yesterday that will change as well. Have given them unlimited chances to change their attitudes to no avail. If you want respectful, courtesy customer service then do NOT go here, they are awful. They need to let us give 0 stars for these ratings.

TERRIBLE. You cannot get a person. CVS and CVS Caremark are awful and I hate that my job requires them. I just need to talk to a human and don't have time to go through 93485384 push button options that don't apply to what I need anyway.

The experience at this particular store in the Walkersville area is always a pleasant one. Store is clean , organized and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The pharmacy personnel, even though there are busy , they find the way time to acknowledged me or my mother when we pick up meds. Michael , Hayley , and the other staff members seem very friendly and ready to assist . The front staff always offer assistance. We don’t stress about visiting the store when we need to pick up our meds or simply to use the photo area for pictures.

Never have the prescription or misplaced them multiple times. Need to switch location. Very disappointed with help. I call and talk to another person who says it has been here after speaking with other representatives.

I’ll start by saying Michael in the pharmacy is amazing. However the new pharmacist Valerie/Vanessa has made me decide to leave and find a new pharmacy. Yesterday, I had lower back surgery and while in outpatient recovery, I noticed my pain management that was prescribed by my surgeon was placed on hold. I noticed this through the app because she didn’t call me like she should have to explain why. I quickly had my outpatient nurse call to sort things out. Vanessa said she needed to speak to my doctor because she wasn’t going to approve the new medication because my prior prescription was too similar. Mind you he was doing surgeries all day. This isn’t her decision to make. It’s my doctors, who also provided a discontinue note on the prior prescription. I had this made clear written and verbally by two different nurses. Vanessa’s ego would not let her make the correct decision. I then walked in to CVS after discharge, barely able to walk, to explain my situation to her. She smirked, cut me off multiple times, and seemed to be more impacted by the fact that her lunch break was in ten minutes. She told me that I should just take two of the other medication that I was prescribed prior because they are the same. Which isn’t true. I verified with another pharmacy that they are completely different medicines. Meanwhile, I walked 200 feet to Safeway pharmacy, had my RX transferred, (which she refused to help me with as well…) and was graciously taken care of in minutes. I’ve been loyal to CVS since moving to the area but am leaving for good. Vanessa or Valerie, or whatever her name is, needs to find a different field where her ego won’t get the best of her, and where she isn’t helping people…because she’s not. We deserve better.

Nobody works in the front so feel free to steal stuff. Anyone working in the pharmacy is definitely too busy to help you. Doesn’t really matter though because whatever you were looking for is out of stock

I have been aggravated with how some of my medications are being handled. It is making my life more difficult to track my refills. On my plan I can get my 90 day refill up to two weeks before the actual refill date. For some reason some of my medications I have found that the prescription is labeled "Your pharmacy team has scheduled this prescription to be refilled on this date according to your plan. " With the two week window I can work them around so I can pick them up at the same time. But with the pharmacy controlling it, I can't do this. I also see it as the pharmacy getting around those who are not using automatic refill on there medications. Also, when a prescription is fill, I don't get a call, letting me know it is ready for pickup.Dissatisfied Customer,John Boley

I like that there's a self checkout. They always have things stocked and it's never too busy

I had a very frustrating experience with the Pharmacy and Becky who works in the Pharmacy. My doctor ordered my medication for a specific amount. The pharmacy shorted me my lidocaine for my surgical wounds. No word of being shorted the medication I needed. I had to find out from my doctor that I had been shorted. When I went back to the pharmacy Becky blamed it on my doctor and when they approached her she became irate with them. I think it’s very unprofessional and wrong. Thank goodness it was just lidocaine and not medication someone needs to live.

I'm not sure why they offer appointments for vaccinations when they just make you sit in uncomfortable chairs and ignore you for 45 minutes past your check in time. Find somewhere else to go.
