I had a gemstone set into a necklace and it looks fantastic! They did a great job! If you live within a hundred mile radius of the store, it is well worth the drive. Old Towne Jewelers is a real gem!

(I’ve attached before and after photos). I’ve had my class ring for 11 years now and it was a gift given by a family member who has passed now. So this meant a great deal to me. The antiquing on my ring was worn very badly, it was out of round, and in general needed some love and care to be brought back to life. I was scared of wearing it at this point. When I tried to go to the original maker of my class ring. I was told it would have to be remade. Costing a lot of money. Obviously not wanting to do that it remained in a safe untouched for years.Until recently when I made a post on Facebook of all places. Someone reached out. Someone from Old TowneOld towne knew how much this meant to me and seriously brought me to tears seeing it new again. They even resized it an entire size UP. My ring didn’t have to be remade. And it also didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Thanks Old Towne, and thank you Angel for reaching out to me and assuring me it would be taken care of. I can’t thank you enough.

I have a ring of my father's, who recently passed away, that I needed sized so I took it to Olde Town Jewlers. They are so professional and have me tissues when I began crying telling them about my ring. When I got it back, the craftsmanship was amazing! You can't even tell the ring had to be sized. It fits perfectly and looks great! I can't recommend them enough!!

I went to have a necklace repaired a the end loop fell off. They repaired on the spot and shined up my wedding ring while I waited. They also gave me advice on options to resize it. Very professional and friendly and helpful. We will be back!

My partner proposed with a ring from the UK as he is British and living in Europe. Unfortunately, the diamond was loose soon after the proposal. I didn’t want to send it back to the UK to have it repaired under warranty as I didn’t want to be away from it so long. I went to Olde Towne Jewelers to ask about repairs. They took it back and fixed it within a few minutes and would accept any payments, just asked to remember them. Such a lovely place, and now I can wear my ring again with confidence I won’t lose the diamond and I didn’t even have to part with it for any amount of time. Lovely little shop!

I really wanted to love this place, as I love supporting quaint family owned local shops. However after the horrible experience I had with Wayne at Old Towne jewelers I felt I need to warn others. I took in a very special signet ring to them that was to be engraved and sized to celebrate the birth of my son. Long story short it took them over three months to finish it. I also had to stop into their shop and call three times in order for them to finish the job. When I called after the third month and the third attempt to figure out the status of the ring, they asked if I wanted to come pick it up unfinished and I said no, that after all this time I would like it to be finished. The jeweler called me and said it would be ready the next day. To his credit it was, but he clearly rushed the job. When I picked it up he informed me that he would not be charging me for the engraving because supposedly engraving an "M" on an oval shape was the hardest thing you could do on that type of ring and he had to do it 3 times. Which explains why it looked like the top of the ring had been shaved/buffed down to nothing. And the M on the ring was completely off center and sideways. You could see where it was filed down in the ridges leftover on the side of the ring. It looked dull and no longer shiny. I called Wayne to give him the chance to fix the situation and asked for my money back, and he said if I wasn't happy he would in fact give it back. That is until the next day when he called me back saying after thinking about it he wouldn't give me my money back but he would continue working on the ring because he had already done the labor. I explained that I didn't feel comfortable with him filing/buffing the ring again (for a 4th time) and further sacrificing its integrity. I also brought up the fact that they had the ring over over 3 months and to that point he argued he hadn't had it that long despite me having the receipt of 3/11 clearly written on it. He began to get aggravated and raising his voice at me when I didn't agree to his proposal. He told me to never set foot in his shop again. He even went so far as to start chuckling and when I asked him if he was laughing at me he said, "Yes your situation is humorous". I'm not a fan of trashing people's businesses but I'm appalled at how this store that has been in business since 1986 would treat their customers this way.

Bought a bracelet while traveling in Egypt and it broke with the first few months of wearing it. I was so glad they were willing to repair it as many other brand stores will only repair silver jewelry you purchase from them. I don't think they realize how excited I was to pick it up! Extremely happy to have it back and to be able to enjoy wearing it again! Thank you, Olde Towne Jewelers! Highly recommend for repairs!
