I don't usually write reviews, but the legendary service I received from Bob at Self Storage Plus in Walkersville compelled me to share this with the world.
Finding the right storage unit can be a stressful, boring chore, but from the moment I walked through the door, Bob's incredible energy and genuine kindness completely changed my outlook. He didn't just show me a unit; he took the time to listen to my needs, answer all my questions with so much patience, and genuinely made me feel like I was his top priority.
What truly stands out is how he turned a mundane process into an absolute delight. The paperwork was a breeze, he explained everything perfectly, and his warm, welcoming personality just shines. He is the hero of the self-storage world! If you are even thinking about getting a storage unit, do yourself a huge favor and go see Bob. His kindness, expertise, and genuine care make all the difference. He's not just a great employee; he's a truly wonderful human being. 10/10, would give more stars if I could!

My exsperiance has been great. The climate control facility is very clean, grounds are well kept. Everything is as promised. The staff return messages promptly and are very friendly and communicative.

They don't seem to care much about safety. I don't think they've had the property plowed or treated all winter, save for maybe the office parking lot. I've had to go there and drive on a solid sheet of snow-covered ice twice now.
