Took my dog here for the first time and I’m so grateful. Front office and staff were all very welcoming, the appointment was easy to make and we were seen shortly after filling out paperwork. Dr. Gibbons was wonderful. She was compassionate, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My dog gets very stressed at the vets and she was so kind and gentile. The office environment was warm, comfortable and clean. My dog already seems to be feeling so much better. Thank you for taking the best care for Zoomer! Its great to know my best friend is in such good hands.

This is a wonderful place. They truly love what they do, and they take care of my Maggie as if she was one of their own. I highly recommend West Friendship Animal Hospital.

Dr. Ward was a nice lady. Knowledgeable. Says "uh huh" a lot to show she's active listening, just a weird quirk. Will go again

We've been going here for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The vets, techs, and all the staff have always been kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about their patients, and for that, we are always grateful.

We love WFAH. We have been seeing Dr Ward for our dog Jethro for over 10 years now. She is the BEST! She is so good with animals (and people, too). Compassionate, friendly, and thorough. We never feel rushed. They are more expensive than other clinics, but it's worth it since our dog is like a third child to us. Techs and office staff are also great.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ward and her team at West Friendship. As soon as i walked in with my new puppy Archie i felt this was the perfect place for us.Monica was absolutely amazing and so were the girls at the front desk. Dr Ward was wonderful and you can tell the love she has for these 4 legged babies.I will never go to another veterinarian. Dr. Ward and the techs truly love animals. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient and above all else kind. Highly recommend!!

I've been going to the same vet for 45 years (was originally Ellicott City Veterinary Clinic with Dr. Meyers) since I was 6 years old. It has moved, changed ownership, and so on. But, I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else. The vets and staff are there for us when we need them. I know a LOT about animals so sometimes my thoughts will clash with theirs but they never force me to do anything. Yes, they do cost more than some other vets which is why I now have insurance for the cats using Manypets. I just wish they would also see my guinea pigs.
