Friendly staff and I like the vet we had. The cost of medications is steep. Recommend getting the prescriptions filled on line or at Costco

They treated our new rescue with such kindness. Dr Gray was the best. Also the facility was well lit, clean and ready for any pet coming in the door. Staff was really helpful too.

I am so grateful for this office! They went above and beyond to accommodate my cat when she was in an awful asthma flare and started her on treatments that have her feeling her best since we moved back to Maryland. Dr. Taylor and Dr. Gray are so kind and genuine and you leave knowing they genuinely care about your pets. From the front desk receptionists to the technicians, and vets, everyone at this office is friendly, helpful and kind. I highly recommend this office!

They did everything for my baby since she was 5...ALWAYS friendly. ALWAYS professional, ALWAYS Took into consideration my money situation. ALWAYS fair and reasonable and when they put my baby down 2 weeks ago, they were sweet about the time I needed to say my goodbyes and they let me hold her as she took her last breath....they didn't ask me about money, they went thru the process with me and they let me choose options on cremation.....they knew she was my only baby...and they knew how upset I was...they didn't get in my bubble and piss me off...they were awesome

Dr. Taylor saved my Dawson! I am so grateful to Dr Taylor and her staff for saving my baby’s life! Even though it has only been one day…..sometimes you don’t get even that. He has CHF but is doing so much better. Dr Taylor was so caring and thorough and called the next day to check on my Dawson. I can’t say enough about how awesome She is. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We started using Muddy Creek Animal Hospital about 2 years ago. Our dog Revolution became sick and they were great in trying to address the problem. Unfortunately he passed away. He was a member of the family and it was very difficult for us. To our surprise, we received a wonderful letter from the doctor. A handwritten card expressing her condolences and a wonderful packet of flower seeds to plants his memory. This was completely unexpected but appreciated more than you can realize. This Animal Facility has wonderful doctors and really good technology. They really do care about your pets. But what they sent after our loss was the biggest benefit that they could have done for us. It made my children happy and I appreciate it. Highly recommend them.. they are great!

They told me my cat had a level 4 tooth decay and needed his tooth pulled out, so they gave him a $200 shot for pre-surgery and then I went home and his "level 4 tooth decay" was food that came right off when I brushed his teeth. $400 unnessary visit should have been $180 for a regularcheckup or less. Additionally, I requested revolution +, which was unavailable, and I asked for a call when it was in stock, which never happened. I really am not happy with muddy creek animal hospital and plan to never return.

I take both my dogs and my cat here. The staff here is always friendly, and I can usually get appointments pretty quickly. My dogs are difficult little buddies that get very nervous at the vet so I’m always appreciative of their patience and if my dog has hit his breaking point (think 10-pound Cujo during a nail trim) they never push it with him or force him if he’s scared.
