I was referred to them by my neighbors. They looked over my vehicle and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable for the work I needed done to my car. Unfortunately it was not an easy fix that we could afford. The owner went out of his way to get us a buyer for the vehicle and set up and mediate the sale for us. He went above and beyond for me which is honestly not heard of much now a days. If you looking for an honest mechanic I recommend Auto ER. They have my business for sure.

Many thanks to the gentleman at this auto repair shop!! My car literally would not start and I walked to a near by Jiffy Lube to get a jump, turns out it was not the battery… I was informed by the rep to take my car to a trusted mechanic near by to avoid paying extra for mileage for the tow outside of the mile limit… These guys worked quick to identify the issue, (a power switch/fuse) and promptly ordered the part, a few days later, I had my 2019 Passat back on the road with no problems whatsoever. Thank you SO much for getting me together. I am truly appreciative of their efforts, professionalism, and skillful service! If you ever have any car problems and you’re in the Westminster MD area, these are your guys!!!

I've been using this shop for a couple years now, well since i found them. I had many mechanics who had done me wrong and became picky about where i took my vehicles. The guys here are great with just about any automotive repair you may need. I started with brakes and had no issues and continued going back. I got rear ended and a mechanic put 4 new tires on my , my awd truck and 1 tire was a different size then rest. I noticed it was driving messed up, he told me bring it in. I did and he said i needed a whole transmission, however no codes were being thrown, and it drove fine after being hit. This was caused by his repairs however i didn't think i needed to check tires to make sure he put 4 matching 1s on. Well Auto ER helped find the problem, and fix my transmission since it was now messed up. They did an excellent job on the transmission, i had no issues and other than maintenance, this year they put a motor in my truck and again I got great service and a reborn truck. I highly recommend these guys for your automotive needs. CALL THEM FOR AN HONEST MECHANIC

Had a different mechanic replace the brake components on my car but after doing so my brakes were scratching terrible. Auto ER was referred to me via a fb community group. They came same day and corrected the errors. Thank you so much. Would recommend to others.

I must admit the excellence and proficient work was impressive the repair work on my 2018 Jeep Compass was due to wear and tear cause my driving for Lyft. These guys got it done quickly and cost effective. I totally recommend this facility.

When the muffler on our Toyota needed to be replaced urgently (we were traveling from Canada to Florida on a schedule), no other shops in the 2 hour radius answered our calls/ were available on the weekend/could fit us in asap. Auto ER came to our rescue and went above and beyond, driving out to Baltimore to secure the specific parts that were needed, and keeping in touch with us by text while we waited. They got it done in record time and we were back on the road with peace of mind. They also charged way less than other shops quoted us. Friendly, transparent, honest guys run this place. I can’t recommend enough! Thank you Auto ER!
