I had trouble with finding a certain part for my 94 mustang. SKYE was wonderful, helpful, and all around amazing in helping order the part and make sure it was the correct one! Excellent customer service and definitely had knowledge about vehicles even though he claims not to like fords;)

Jennifer at the Westminster, MD location provided exceptional service in checking my battery, then offering to clean it to ensure the corrosion wouldn’t cause further issues. I was alone and early evening on the way to my daughter when my low tire pressure light came on. I stopped at a gas station and checked the air and it was low. Topped off the air and got back on my way only to have the light come on and stay on this time. The only place I could see was Auto Zone. Went in and asked for help, and the gentleman came out and checked my tires and then reset something called the tpms. It was fixed, and I could continue on safely. Wow, he really helped me and did everything to help make sure the rest of my journey was worry free. Thanks so much for the help. You are to be commended.
